This screen appears temporarily when a call comes in and shows the name and/or number of the caller. These functions (transfer, conference, etc.) are directly related to the consulted call status. Depending on how the system is configured, the caller's name or number appears on the screen.

In this case, a beep will sound and/or a message will appear on the screen 20 seconds before the end of communication.

The 'Meet me' function is used to set up a conference with a maximum of 6 persons: the 'master' of the conference (who has the rights to start the conference) and the participants (maximum of 5) who meet for the conference. To join the participants in the conference, you must first decide on a meeting time for the conference and send them the access code. Call number for activating the 'Meet Me' conference: this call number is used by the conference master when he wants to start a conference from an external set.

When the system asks you to enter a code or password, you will be given three attempts before the system rejects your request. Once set up by the conference leader, participants can join the 'Meet me' conference (maximum 5 participants). Call number for participating in the 'Meet me' conference: This call number allows participants to participate in the conference from an external device.

If the conference has not yet been set up by the conference master, you will be put on hold until the conference is started (maximum 5 minutes). If your phone has a mailbox, the phone will prompt you to initialize the mailbox after pressing the mail button. Your personal code is used to access your mailbox and to lock your phone.

You can configure your phone to notify you of the message on another phone. When the operator is absent, external calls to the operator are indicated by a general bell. The system configuration allows the formation of “manager/secretary” groups so that the manager's calls can be routed to one or more secretaries.

You can define the time of a temporary reminder (one in 24 hours) or a permanent reminder (every day at the same time). If your calls are diverted to another terminal, the diversion is not applied to the reminder call. By default, the audio jack of your phone can be used to connect a headset, hands-free kit or loudspeaker.

Forced headset mode should be activated once headphones are installed in place of the receiver. If you add the Bluetooth® handset before the handset name appears on the screen, you must enter the password 5555 to complete the installation. The Bluetooth® wireless handset allows the user to answer and converse with complete freedom within a 10 meter radius of the device.

The availability of an agent is determined by the operational status (of which there are 4), which the agent can change at any time.
