The Equipment you have purchased has been carefully selected by Belgacom and is covered by a two-year warranty on parts and labor in the event of any material or manufacturing defect, unless otherwise specified. The addresses for our Teleboutiques and authorized agents are given in the Information Section of the White Pages. Your equipment will be repaired or replaced free of charge, on presentation of the receipt, in the event of any material or manufacturing defect.

The warranty on the repaired or replaced equipment ends on the date the original warranty on the purchased equipment expires, but is not less than 3 months. Belgacom is not liable for any indirect or immaterial loss suffered by the Customer as a result of the malfunctioning of the terminal equipment, such as loss of production, income or contracts. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Terminal Equipment can be obtained on request from any Belgacom service available to the public or on www.belgacom.be.

In the event of an electrical hazard, the mains adapter acts as a 230V current isolating device. As a safety measure, it should therefore be installed close to the appliance and be easily accessible. If it is not connected to the mains or if there is a power failure, telephones using cordless handsets will not work.

In the event of an emergency, you will not be able to make or receive calls. Do not use your phone to report a gas leak if you are standing near the leak. In case of contact, rinse the affected part with running water for about twenty minutes and seek emergency medical attention.

These systems will reuse or recycle most of the materials in your end-of-life equipment in a reliable manner. If you need more information about collection, reuse and recycling systems, contact your local or regional waste authority. You can also contact us for more information on the environmental performance of our products.
