General information 1. Registration Desk
The Registration Desk is available for information and distribution of badges and bags.
Upon arrival participants have to register at the Congress Secretariat in order to receive their materials including badges. Badges are needed to attend the congress scientific and social activities.

The congress app is freely available. It helps you to set up your agenda, to contact poster authors and to access the scientific program, including speaker’s webpages.
3. Participation certificate
Official recognition of participation and poster presentation will be available in the “participant reserved area” up to ten days after the congress.
4. Badges
SBBq staff will provide badges for all delegates and accompanying persons. Access to scientific sessions and other activities, including social events, will be denied unless badges are used. Badges contribute greatly to promote personal contacts and also guarantee the full attention of the Congress Personnel, as well as security control. If you lose the badge, a duplicate will be provided at the Secretariat at cost of US$ 25,00.
5. Medical Service
There is an intensive-care unit and a Medical Service in the Foyer, with 1 doctor and 1 nurse available for emergency first aid. It will be available through the Congress during the following hours:
