ɪɚɡɜɢɬɢɹ ɬɟɯɧɨɝɟɧɧɵɯ ɦɢɤɪɨɷɥɟɦɟɧɬɨɡɨɜ ɭ ɞɟɬɟɣ.

Abstract. Hygienic assessment of microelementosis in primary school children living on geochemical territory. Kuzminov B.P., Skaletska N.M. In this work we consider methods of solving urgent issues of prevention of violations of children’s health those who live in technologically contaminated areas. Content of pollutants in environmental objects of Sosnivka town as geochemical province was conducted. We made a comparative analysis of pre-pathological health indicators of children living on this territory, as well as "conditionally clean territory" by the elemental composition of children’s hair and blood content, intensity of lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidant enzymes, parameters of physical development and condition of their actual nutrition. Correlations between exposure to toxicants of the environment and changes in the health of children was revealed. There was developed integrated scheme of measures for the prevention of technogenic microelementosis among children.

ɫɮɟɪ ɞɨɜɤɿɥɥɹ ɩɪɢɡɜɨɞɢɬɶ ɞɨ ɡɚɤɨɧɨɦɿɪɧɨɝɨ ɡɛɿɥɶɲɟɧɧɹ ɧɚɞɯɨɞɠɟɧɧɹ ɜ ɨɪɝɚɧɿɡɦ ɞɿɬɟɣ ɬɨɤ

-ɫɢɱɧɢɯ ɟɥɟɦɟɧɬɿɜ ɬɚ ɪɨɡɜɢɬɤɭ ɭ ɧɢɯ ɬɟɯɧɨɝɟɧɧɢɯ ɦɿɤɪɨɟɥɟɦɟɧɬɨɡɿɜ, ɹɤɿ ɡɭɦɨɜɥɸɸɬɶ ɜɢɧɢɤɧɟɧɧɹ

ɡɧɚɱɧɢɯ ɡɦɿɧ ɜ ɨɪɝɚɧɚɯ ɬɚ ɫɢɫɬɟɦɚɯ ɨɪɝɚɧɿɡɦɭ

[17, 19]. Ɍɨɦɭ ɧɚ ɫɶɨɝɨɞɧɿ ɚɤɬɭɚɥɶɧɢɦ ɽ ɜɢɜɱɟɧɧɹ

ɮɚɤɬɨɪɿɜ ɪɢɡɢɤɭ ɜɢɧɢɤɧɟɧɧɹ ɦɿɤɪɨɟɥɟɦɟɧɬɨɡɿɜ ɭ ɞɿɬɟɣ, ɹɤɿ ɩɪɨɠɢɜɚɸɬɶ ɧɚ ɬɟɯɧɨɝɟɧɧɨ ɡɚɛɪɭɞ

-ɧɟɧɢɯ ɬɟɪɢɬɨɪɿɹɯ.

Ɇɟɬɨɸ ɧɚɲɨɝɨ ɞɨɫɥɿɞɠɟɧɧɹ ɛɭɥɚ ɩɨɪɿɜɧɹɥɶɧɚ ɝɿɝɿɽɧɿɱɧɚ ɨɰɿɧɤɚ ɫɬɚɧɭ ɡɞɨɪɨɜ’ɹ ɞɿɬɟɣ, ɳɨ

ɩɪɨɠɢɜɚɸɬɶ ɧɚ ɬɟɪɢɬɨɪɿʀ ɝɟɨɯɿɦɿɱɧɨʀ ɩɪɨɜɿɧɰɿʀ ɦ.ɋɨɫɧɿɜɤɚ ɬɚ ɧɚ ɭɦɨɜɧɨ «ɱɢɫɬɿɣ» ɬɟɪɢɬɨɪɿʀ ɞɥɹ

ɨɛʉɪɭɧɬɭɜɚɧɧɹ ɩɪɨɮɿɥɚɤɬɢɤɢ ɪɨɡɜɢɬɤɭ ɭ ɧɢɯ ɬɟɯɧɨɝɟɧɧɢɯ ɦɿɤɪɨɟɥɟɦɟɧɬɨɡɿɜ.

Ⱦɨɫɥɿɞɠɟɧɧɹ ɫɬɚɧɭ ʉɪɭɧɬɭ ɩɪɨɜɨɞɢɥɢ ɡɚ ɡɚ

-ɝɚɥɶɧɨɩɪɢɣɧɹɬɨɸ ɦɟɬɨɞɢɤɨɸ ɬɚ ɚɧɚɥɿɡɨɦ ɜɿɞɩɨ

-ɜɿɞɧɨ ɞɨ [9]. Ƚɿɝɿɽɧɿɱɧɭ ɨɰɿɧɤɭ ɹɤɨɫɬɿ ɩɢɬɧɨʀ ɜɨɞɢ

ɡɞɿɣɫɧɸɜɚɥɢ ɡɝɿɞɧɨ ɡ [3]. Ⱦɥɹ ɨɰɿɧɤɢ ɜɦɿɫɬɭ ɭ

ɩɢɬɧɿɣ ɜɨɞɿ ɪɟɱɨɜɢɧ, ɧɟ ɡɚɡɧɚɱɟɧɢɯ ɭ [3], ɜɢɤɨ

-ɪɢɫɬɨɜɭɜɚɥɢ ʀɯ ȽȾɄ ɞɥɹ ɩɨɜɟɪɯɧɟɜɢɯ ɜɨɞɨɣɦ

[13] ɡɝɿɞɧɨ ɡ ɩ. 3.6 [3]. ȼɢɡɧɚɱɟɧɧɹ ɟɥɟɦɟɧɬɧɨɝɨ

ɫɤɥɚɞɭ ɜɨɞɢ ɩɪɨɜɨɞɢɥɢ ɧɚ ɛɚɡɿ ɇɌɐ «ȼȱɊȱȺ» (ɦ.Ʉɢʀɜ) ɡ ɜɢɤɨɪɢɫɬɚɧɧɹɦ ɦɟɬɨɞɭ ɪɟɧɬɝɟɧ-ɮɥɸ

-ɨɪɟɫɰɟɧɬɧɨɝɨ ɚɧɚɥɿɡɭ (ɊɎȺ) [7]. Ⱦɚɧɿ ɩɪɨ ɜɦɿɫɬ

ɮɬɨɪɭ ɭ ɜɨɞɿ ɜɨɞɨɡɚɛɨɪɿɜ ɬɚ ɜ ɪɨɡɜɿɞɧɿɣ ɦɟɪɟɠɿ ɦ.ɋɨɫɧɿɜɤɚ ɡɚ ɩɟɪɿɨɞ 1994-2012 ɪɪ. ɨɬɪɢɦɚɧɨ

ɲɥɹɯɨɦ ɤɨɩɿɸɜɚɧɧɹ ɡ ɠɭɪɧɚɥɭ ɨɛɥɿɤɭ ɪɟɡɭɥɶ

-ɬɚɬɿɜ ɞɨɫɥɿɞɠɟɧɶ ɩɢɬɧɨʀ ɜɨɞɢ ɰɟɧɬɪɚɥɿɡɨɜɚɧɨɝɨ ɬɚ ɞɟɰɟɧɬɪɚɥɿɡɨɜɚɧɨɝɨ ɜɨɞɨɩɨɫɬɚɱɚɧɧɹ ɑɟɪɜɨɧɨ

ȼɢɡɧɚɱɟɧɧɹ ɞɨɧɨɡɨɥɨɝɿɱɧɢɯ ɩɨɤɚɡɧɢɤɿɜ ɡɞɨ

-ɪɨɜ’ɹ ɩɪɨɜɨɞɢɥɢ ɲɥɹɯɨɦ ɤɨɦɩɥɟɤɫɧɨɝɨ ɨɛɫɬɟ

-ɠɟɧɧɹ ɞɿɬɟɣ 7-10-ɪɿɱɧɨɝɨ ɜɿɤɭ, ɹɤɿ ɧɚɪɨɞɢɥɢɫɶ ɿ

ɤɪɨɜɿ ɦɟɬɨɞɨɦ ɊɎȺ [6, 7], ɿɧɬɟɧɫɢɜɧɿɫɬɶ ɩɪɨɰɟɫɿɜ

ɩɟɪɨɤɫɢɞɧɨɝɨ ɨɤɢɫɧɟɧɧɹ ɥɿɩɿɞɿɜ (ɉɈɅ) ɬɚ ɚɤɬɢɜ

-ɧɿɫɬɶ ɮɟɪɦɟɧɬɿɜ ɚɧɬɢɨɤɫɢɞɚɧɬɧɨɝɨ ɡɚɯɢɫɬɭ (ȺɈɁ) [16, 20]. Ⱦɨɫɥɿɞɠɟɧɧɹ ɮɿɡɢɱɧɨɝɨ ɪɨɡɜɢɬɤɭ ɞɿɬɟɣ

ɨɛɨɯ ɪɚɣɨɧɿɜ ɩɪɨɜɟɞɟɧɨ ɡɚ ɚɧɬɪɨɩɨɦɟɬɪɢɱɧɢɦɢ ɩɨɤɚɡɧɢɤɚɦɢ ɡɝɿɞɧɨ ɡ ɦɟɬɨɞɢɱɧɢɦɢ ɪɟɤɨɦɟɧ

-ɞɚɰɿɹɦɢ [14]. Ɉɰɿɧɤɭ ɫɬɭɩɟɧɹ ɝɚɪɦɨɧɿɣɧɨɫɬɿ

ɮɿɡɢɱɧɨɝɨ ɪɨɡɜɢɬɤɭ ɩɪɨɜɨɞɢɥɢ ɦɟɬɨɞɨɦ ɪɟɝɪɟ

-ɫɿɣɧɨɝɨ ɚɧɚɥɿɡɭ [2] ɩɨɪɿɜɧɹɧɨ ɡɿ ɫɬɚɧɞɚɪɬɚɦɢ

ɮɿɡɢɱɧɨɝɨ ɪɨɡɜɢɬɤɭ ɞɿɬɟɣ ɍɤɪɚʀɧɢ [15]. ȼɢɡɧɚ

-ɧɸɜɚɥɢ ɡɚ ɩɨɤɚɡɧɢɤɚɦɢ, ɪɟɝɥɚɦɟɧɬɨɜɚɧɢɦɢ ɧɨɪ
