Portugal oferece um regime fiscal especialmente vantajoso para residentes não habituais, conce-didos por um período de dez anos. Os principais critérios a cumprir são os seguintes:

Portugal has a particularly advantageous tax re-gime for non-habitual residents, which is granted for a period of ten years. Candidates must fulfill the following main criteria:
• Must not have been a tax resident in Portugal during the last five years;
