OPERATION:

The system of MIDES®AIR BLASTER, is designed to solve problems of obstruction by accumulation and aggregation of materials during disposal and storage.

The MIDES® AIR BLASTER instantly expel a charge of compressed air directed to critical areas where the material tends to accumulate. The energy released by the blow of air is sufficient to clear the passage and break down the wall material without producing harmful effects in the installation, providing a continuous flow in the discharge of material and the annulment of dead zones.

INSTALLATION:

MIDES® offers, at no cost to the customer, a study for the installation project, with this project will go the following documents:

1. Sizing and design overall installation with details of positioning and fixing of equipment.

2. Detailed description of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical sistems. 3. Functional diagram.

4. Line diagrams showing the control system of automatic shooting of the MIDES® AIR BLASTERS.

5. Manuals of installation, operation and maintenance.
