Metodología de ensino-aprendizagem:
Nas sessões de trabalho são apresentados os conceitos funadamentais, vários exemplos e temas para reflexão. São também indicadas leituras complementares. Os alunos realizam o seu próprio trabalho de investigação bibliográfica e é feito um acompanhamento do seu trabalho.

II – A inter-relação dos sistemas família e empresa: 1) Ciclo de vida da empresa familiar

5) Instrumentos de regulação da relação empresa/família III – A integração da família na empresa:
1) Porque vale a pena trabalhar na empresa familiar 2) Estratégias de integração das novas gerações 3) A sucessão
IV – A gestão da empresa familiar: 1) Problemas da gestão familiar
2) Órgãos de governo da empresa familiar 3) Profissionalização da empresa familiar 4) A entrada de directivos externos à família 5) A gestão estratégica da empresa familiar VI – A investigação em empresas familiares
Critérios de avaliação:
A avaliação resulta da apresentação e discussão em sala de um trabalho feito pelo aluno sobre um tema à sua escolha dentro do programa. O trabalho do aluno pode ser um estudo de caso de uma empresa familiar.
