Promotion
Points of success:
- Having in mind timeline: March the only one to work with promotion, otherwise you won’t be able to accomplish your goals.
- Work with clear goals: Set goals to each member per week, concerning promotion activities. (Example)
- See your Plan before your team meeting, and set who is going to do what in your team. (Example)
Selection
Points os sucess:
• Work with clear goals to each member per week, concerning the selection activities • Having in mind timeline: you only have 2 weeks to work with interviews, so you may be efficient
• See your Plan before your team meeting, and set who is going to do what in your team • Start to plan the Discovery Days since now, and work with a Plan and track the OCP each week :
-Set the day;
-Set the agenda with your VP;
-Set the place is going to happen and align evertything with your Eps during the interviews • It’s also important to take the terms and contracts from the Eps during Discovery Days event
Induction/Preparation
Matching
General points
• Work with goals to each member in each week;
• Give always feedbacks to your team and let them know about their own results weekly;
• Have main messages of the week to your team, concerning the Plan, and the divide the activities to each one based on that;
• If you are facing any problem, get in contact with your VP, urgently, because in this program, if you lose one week you can lose all the exchanges;

Wrap Up
• 20’
• Qual é a timeline?
constante aprendizado com a evidente diferença cultural, eu me
desenvolvimento delas.
