• A DT EP program for short X realizations  social volunteer work (cultural

internship)

Job Expected: Doing lectures, facilitating sessions , teaching young students on

specific themes (entrepreneurship, cultural diversity, social responsibility and others), teaching students on specific languages

Targets: general courses  administration, economy, social sciences, international relations, languages etc

Main destinations: Eastern Europe (Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary etc)Duration: 6 – 12 weeks (with the possibility to realize more than 1 X with this

Targets: administration, economy, international relations

Main destinations: Latin America (Colombia, Southern Cone, Mexico, Bolivia, CAS, Venezuela, Peru, Guatemala)

Duration: 6 – 12 weeks (with the possibility to realize more than 1 X with this duration)

ATTENTION: Latin America also works with educational projects and the timeline is later compared with Eastern Europe

Cidadão Global – Human Care

A DT EP program for short X realizations  social volunteer work (health issues

internship)

Job Expected: Doing lectures, facilitating sessions , teaching young students on specific health issues, specially HIV & AIDS. Field visits to patients with the project disease.

Example of job: Teaching communities about HIV /AIDS. Field visits to HIV/AIDS patients, offer counseling services and promote positive living among the infected. • Targets: health courses  pharmacy, nursing, medicine

Main destinations: Asia (India, Indonesia) and Africa (Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana and

Kenya)

Duration: 6 – 12 weeks (with the possibility to realize more than 1 X with this duration)

Points of success:

- Having in mind timeline: March the only one to work with promotion, otherwise you won’t be able to accomplish your goals.

- Work with clear goals: Set goals to each member per week, concerning promotion activities. (Example)

- See your Plan before your team meeting, and set who is going to do what in your team. (Example)

Points os sucess:

• Work with clear goals to each member per week, concerning the selection activities • Having in mind timeline: you only have 2 weeks to work with interviews, so you may be efficient

• See your Plan before your team meeting, and set who is going to do what in your team • Start to plan the Discovery Days since now, and work with a Plan and track the OCP each week :

-Set the day;

-Set the agenda with your VP;

-Set the place is going to happen and align evertything with your Eps during the interviews • It’s also important to take the terms and contracts from the Eps during Discovery Days event

• Work with goals to each member in each week;

• Give always feedbacks to your team and let them know about their own results weekly;

• Have main messages of the week to your team, concerning the Plan, and the divide the activities to each one based on that;

• If you are facing any problem, get in contact with your VP, urgently, because in this program, if you lose one week you can lose all the exchanges;

Quando decidi realizar um intercâmbio de desenvolvimento na Turquia, tinha certeza de que me surpreenderia muito. Ainda mais do que o

constante aprendizado com a evidente diferença cultural, eu me

surpreendi com as oportunidades que encontrei lá. Eu pude fazer parte do dia-a-dia de crianças com deficiência mental - e fazer parte do

desenvolvimento delas.

A AIESEC me deu a oportunidade de me desenvolver, mas além disso, eu contribui para o desenvolvimento dos outros - é maravilhoso fazer parte disso.
