SEGURANÇA INTERNACIONAL
I – Ementa:Sob a ótica de três níveis de análise (sistêmico, regional e estatal), a disciplina tem por objetivo explicar a configuração de poder vigente no sistema internacional a partir dos conceitos de transição demográfica, transição energética, e digitalização. Em adição, buscar-se-á uma definição de critérios logísticos, geográficos e políticos para uma aplicação consistente do conceito de região, bem como o estabelecimento teórico de nexos causais entre as dinâmicas regionais e interregionais de segurança e a distribuição global de poder no sistema internacional.
II – Procedimentos didáticos:
O método de ensino da disciplina é baseado em aulas dialogadas. A leitura prévia dos textos indicados para a discussão é crucial para que os encontros sejam produtivos. Estimula-se a participação, crítica, debate e aportes dos participantes a qualquer tempo durante os encontros. Embora a participação nas discussões seja desejável e estimulada, não será atribuído um conceito por esta participação.
III – Avaliação:
A avaliação será feita com base em um trabalho escrito individual sobre tópico escolhido pelo aluno e relacionado diretamente com o programa da disciplina. Tal tópico deverá ser submetido à aprovação do professor antes do desenvolvimento concreto do trabalho, na sexta (6ª) semana de aula. Na décima quinta (15ª) semana de aula cada aluno deverá entregar a versão completa definitiva do trabalho, cujos parâmetros formais (normalização) devem estar adequados aos de alguma publicação nacional Qualis da área de Ciência Política e Relações Internacionais.
