History

Tecniarte was founded in 1984, developing its activities in the construction business. In 1989 joins a known group involved in the construction of electrical infrastructures: Joao Jacinto Tome, S.A., with the aim of expanding the range of services offered to its Customers.

In December 2007 Tecniarte became part of Eiffage, which entered into partnership with João Jacinto Tomé, being today a class 7 general contractor for traditional construction buildings and class 7 for rehabilitation and renovation of buildings (according to the Portuguese building permit standards).

It is, therefore, with the pride of belonging to two groups firmly established in the market that Tecniarte has been developing its activities always pursuing the maximum satisfaction of their various business partners.
