Arquitetura
De forma a garantir o correto funcionamento do equipamento, será necessário verificar que todas as conexões foram realizadas de acordo com o manual de instalação do equipamento, disponível no portal de suporte técnico da Festo.

Configuração de hardware no TIA Portal
Para realizar a configuração de hardware através do telegrama 910, é imprescindível utilizar uma revisão de fir-mware igual ou superior à versão 16 e o ficheiro GSDML versão 2.34. Os ficheiros poderão ser encontrados no portal de suporte técnico. O seguinte link é para a versão mencionada na tabela 1:

Introdução do ficheiro GSDML na rede Profinet
Para introduzir o GSDML na rede de Profinet, deve-se escolher o GSDML, localizado na pasta “Other field devi-ces/PROFINET IO/Drives/Festo/Festo CMMT-AS” e soltar na vista de rede. (1)(2)
Uma vez introduzido o controlador, devemos criar a rede de Profinet, para isso, deve-se fazer a conexão de Profi-net entre os dispositivos. (3)(4)

3.2
Configuração dos telegramas na CMMT-AS
Para a configuração dos telegramas, deve-se aceder à configuração do dispositivo CMMT-AS. Uma vez dentro da configuração, dispomos de duas slots para a configuração dos telegramas. A configuração (Supondo que se tra-balhará em modo posição) ficaria assim:

Configuração do telegrama 910 no Festo Automation Suite
De forma a utilizar o telegrama 910 devemos configurar os dados a serem trocados. Estes podem ser configura-dos na aba ‘Extendend process data’:
Por exemplo, se quisermos enviar o parâmetro do torque atual, carregamos em ‘Add process channel’ em ‘Sent data’ e procuramos pelo mesmo. Após o encontrar carregamos em ‘Apply process channel’:
Ficamos agora com o parâmetro configurado:
O número de bytes máximo para ler e escrever é de 32, conforme já referimos anteriormente. Uma vez configu-rado(s) o(s) parâmetro(s) devemos reinicializar o controlador.
