ANNUAL REPORT OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE
COMMITTEE
THE 23rd DIRECTING COUNCIL,
Having examined the Annual Report of the Chairman of the Executive Committee, Dr. Roberto
Pereda Chávez, Representative of Cuba (Document CD23/6), on the work of the Committee from
October 1974 to the present, during which period the 73rd and 74th Meetings were held; and
Considering the provisions of Article 9, paragraph C, of the Constitution of the Pan American
Health Organization,
RESOLVES
To take note of the Annual Report of the Chairman of the Executive Committee, Dr. Roberto
Pereda Chávez. Representative of Cuba (Document CD23/6), and to commend him, together with
the other Members of the Committee, for the excellent work accomplished.
