ABSTRACT:
An internship is a tool for converting the theory to practice and also an effort to create some connections between practical environments and educational centers. For doing a job research, an internship is better than the other options; in other words, internship is a first-hand and practical experience that allows to the person to draw the best conclusions about his/her probable relationship and a career field. Internship even helps the trainees to get familiar with their job strengths and weaknesses in order to succeed in their job with proper management and planning. Since the students of the training university will play a significant role in society as the future teachers, then job preparation and improving weaknesses will be the crucial point in this field. Internship is a key feature in a current teacher upbringing. This feature plays a significant role both in upbringing teachers before work and while working. For this reason, in the present research, using the contractual method, it has been paid attention to the effective parameters on the internship students. The research community is the university students of Allameh Amini training university of 1391 that have chosen randomly by answering a survey questions. The achieved data were analyzed and assessed using descriptive and hypothetical statistical methods. Concluding the data, it can be said that the students of training university are satisfied with the instructors’ performance and the facilities of internship center, but are dissatisfied with the supervisors’ performance, internship content, university interaction with internship centers, and internship syllabus.

[I] INTRODUCTION
Trainee is a person that admits education in higher-education or after graduated with goal experience acquire and career and practical skills do jab(job) in a institution .thus each educational experience that amalgam with job can called trainee .also trainee is a common idiomatic in scope of empirical education or empirical learning and may it occur in various season of year and include hinds of cooper active instructions independent with support university with payment and or not payment (Buhaliya2012).trainee
observation ,educational. instruction will acquire necessary skills to trainee replace in a professional cycle .and acquire necessary experiences to can will manage a job in the future. in really can said that in trainee period of student. they acquire a ability for analyze actual situation and adjust with conceptual findings .and they will develop professional capacity thus can trainee a tool knew for career exploration. height education system of policies is based on attention and concentration in educational program must evaluate in interval among objective and acquire result program continuous for this method must determine lacks (deprivation).evolution goal is comparison acquire result with education objective that are pre- determined about educational activity and learning students must decision-making for a desire acquire optimal(self,1992).
For promote level of quality high-education objective of system in country (Iran) replace practical 8 unit in trainee the period Baccalaureate in various scopes in national curriculum programing education teacher with approach competence-oriented is needed to replace trainee induction act of focal and expand to all units and learning task for access to predicted competences in national lesson program(education teacher) with will implement the trainee program and this problem is needy necessary prepare teachers and school for efficiency participation in this process. this design effect to develop and facilitate communication among education university and school. to they the title of the most effect character that is in professional education student-teachers and focal is trainee program(allehhousseine, 2014).
Thus lack attention and belittle trainee is from incompatible and lacks in educational system. reform of prior fruitless performances is considering .the kind of trainee centers. and critics and determine after experimental implementation. and correct difficulty trainee have to higher place in education. And is include other main element that make education and they adjust with self-criterion. Trainee lessens have important in
quality desire. According opinion Bacharch and et.al(1998) prepare career have effect for implement affection job through teacher. Trainee period of preparation scientific and practical of teacher-student is for acquire job of teacher. they prepare for replace in situation career in the future. kouaresh taint and et.al(1992).affirm that situational feature and situational occurrence have effect in sates faction job. And conceive can facilitate Ameliorate sates faction of employee. in the relation with trainee period in farhangian university full fillet not large researches. result research under the title trainee role in prepare scientific and practical of students in farhangian university showed activities and content in trainee period form dimension application practical period is validity for students farhangian university. but activities and content in trainee period have not meaning full effect form scientific dimension .also according this research students of trainee period eve valuate suitable with need career.(karame nejad and et.al1394).with tension to above mentioned and important trainee period and important role that have in integrate science and action in scope of education and train thus available research to explore effected character with trainee student teacher in farhangian university and Allameh Aminipardis.
[II] MATERIALS AND METHODS 2.1. Question of Research
Trainee period is a suitable opportunity for individual and professional development of student-teachers through interaction with activities career. Thus in available research will effort to answer to follow questions:
A)main question :what amount satisfaction among students form dimension influential character in trainee period in farhangian university? 1) whether students satisfaction condition and
trainee center of equipment in farhangian university?
2) whether students satisfaction form guidance and performance advisor prof in trainee period in farhangain university?
3)whether students satisfaction form performance advisor teacher in trainee period in farhangian university ?
4) whether students satisfaction form inter action university and trainee period of centers in farhangian university?
5)whether students satisfaction form educational content of trainee in farhangian university?
6) whether students satisfaction form educational program of trainee in farhangian university?
2.2. Methodology of research
In this research the first did a series of studies in case research subject. hypothesis explicated form scientific theories and studies that did in this case. measurement tools was a question aired. That had given to students and had been selected base sampling principle. information are gathered and were analyzed with using form in ference and descriptive statistical of methods.

2.3. Statistical methods for analyze data For analyze available data used form available data in questionnaire. and had entered to soft ware and acquired results explorervaled by descriptive statistics and in perennial statistic.
And because in k-s test need not to interval scale alter to ordinal scale .and provide probable use from all information. Thus for determine normalize distribution data had used form Kolmogorov–Smirnov test .And also acquire results presented in table2 [Table2].
Variables row Meaning level k-s amount
Condition and equipment 0/06 1.38

Educational program of trainee 0/21 2.98
Table2. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to examine the normality of each variable
And results shows that meaning ful level is more than 0/05 thus data can assumed normal with higher score.(assure).and used form analyze parametric.
[III].FINDING
Thus far that mentioned in applied tools explain use questionnaire influential character whit trainee period evaluated with attention to 6 variable. conditions and equipment in trainee centers. advisor prof of performance. counselor (advisor) prof (teacher) of performance. Educational content of trainee interaction university and trainee period of centers, educational 5/02 standard deviation .thus in main question answer of researcher that what amount sat is fact of students form influential character with trainee period in farhangiyan university? according acquire results must said that satisfaction students form continuous table is tendency to negative axle.

Also the highest score of related with advisor prof performance of character equal with also that is seeing in charge .Range of satisfaction students form advisor prof performance is higher that the limit of average but other influential character with trainee period is less than limit of average . 1Question: whether students satisfaction form condition and equipment trainee centers in farhangian university?

With attention to results in above table because computed T is include crisis value whit freedom degree 199 and meaning ful level 0/01 is larger. Thus reject null hypothesis because acquire average is larger than assumed mean 165 thus result ant that students satisfaction from condition and equipment of trainee center in farhangian university.

CONCLUSION AND RESULTS OF
FINDINGS
activities and educational trainee .because trainee is a lesson for practice of full filmed and practical skills. and can formulate professional personality of teachers .and develop and they skills guide to professional boundary and artifice boundary this lesson can growth competences individual of teachers .and completed , continued , and will continue to can in difficulties condition of career affection (influential) methods and probable ways seeking and act. Thus for solve problems that above mentioned and increase sati fact student-teachers will cause that Premont quality in trainee period the less being satisfaction student-teachers have need to much attention by authority and related organizations.
[IIII]. SUGGESTIONS
1-farhangian university must choice schools for trainee centers that have desire performance of level.
2-farhangian university must will start educational laboratory for advisor teacher and they acquaint with trainee period and activities that should do about student-teachers.
3-farhangian university must evaluated performance schools that student pass the trainee period.
4-and school provide attention goals in trainee lesson for student-teachers. Farhangian university can with proper prefer mance of advisor teacher will provide satisfaction of student-teachers.
