FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR AND REPORT OF THE

EXTERNAL AUDITOR FOR 1960

THE 13rd DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having examined the Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor for

1960 (Official Document Nº 37); and

Bearing in mind the decision taken by the Executive Committee at its 43rd Meeting with respect to

the aforesaid reports (Resolution IV),

RESOLVES

To approve the Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor for the fiscal

year 1960, contained in Official Document Nº 37.
