RESOLUTION

CD7.R1

ANNUAL REPORT OF THE DC TO THE PARTICIPATING

GOVERNMENTS

THE 7th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having in mind that Article 8, paragraph E, of the Constitution of the Pan American Sanitary

Organization provides that "the Council shall submit an annual report to the Participating

Governments"; and

Considering that the procedure unanimously approved at the V and VI Meetings, whereby the Final

Report of the Meeting and the Report of the Director of the Pan American Sanitary Bureau were

transmitted to the Governments as the annual report, has in practice proved fully satisfactory to the

Governments, and [that] it is desirable to continue to apply this procedure in the future,

RESOLVES

To transmit to the participating Governments the final report of each meeting of the Directing

the purpose of complying with Article 8, paragraph E, of the Constitution of the Pan American

Sanitary Organization.
