CD22.R24

FIRST NATIONAL HEALTH CONVENTION OF MÉXICO

THE 22nd DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having heard with great interest the report presented by the Delegation of Mexico on the I National

Health Convention of Mexico, held in that country in July 1973; and

Considering that the report contains important indications relative to a new methodology for health

planning,

RESOLVES

1. To note the report of the I National Health Convention of Mexico.

2. To congratulate the Government of that country on having taken the initiative to hold this

important meeting, whose valuable contributions will be of great usefulness to all the countries.

3. To request the Government of Mexico to keep the Governing Bodies of the Organization

informed of progress in its health planning.
