Nesta data, reuniu-se, em caráter ordinário, na Plataforma Zoom (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84788031644), a Assembleia Geral da Ação Educativa Assessoria, Pesquisa e Informação, doravante também denominada Associação, tendo a reunião sido convocada previamente, obedecendo aos prazos estatutários, por meio de edital afixado na sede e por mensagem eletrônica.
Às 14h30, a Presidenta Vera Maria Masagão Ribeiro abriu a reunião e verificou que não havia quórum para iniciá-la. Às 15h00, com a participação de 31 associados e associadas (de um total de 58), atingido o quórum mínimo, nos termos do artigo 17 do Estatuto Social, a reunião foi iniciada em segunda convocação.
A seguir, a Presidenta apresentou a ordem do dia, como consta no edital convocatório, a saber:
1. Aprovação da ata da última Assembleia Geral, realizada em 08 de novembro de 2021.
2. Exame e aprovação do Balanço e Relatório Financeiro 2021 e do parecer do Conselho Fiscal.
3. Aprovação do Relatório de Atividades 2021 e do Plano de Atividades 2022.
4. Eleição dos novos membros da Diretoria e do Conselho Fiscal.
5. Debate “Enfrentando o ultraconservadorismo: desafios, brechas e esperanças”.
6. Outros assuntos de interesse da Associação.
0. Realização desta assembleia de forma online
A Presidenta informou que a reunião está sendo realizada de modo virtual, por meio da plataforma Zoom, em conformidade com o Artigo 16 do Estatuto Social e o Artigo 48-A do Código Civil.
1. Aprovação da ata da última Assembleia Geral, realizada em 08 de novembro de 2021
A ata da Assembleia Geral anterior, realizada em 08 de novembro de 2021, foi lida e ratificada por aclamação pelos associados e associadas presentes.
2. Exame e aprovação do Balanço e do Relatório financeiro 2021 e do parecer do Conselho Fiscal
Como subsídio a este ponto da pauta, Marcos José Pereira da Silva, Coordenador Administrativo e Financeiro, apresentou informações constantes do Relatório financeiro de 2021, também enviado anteriormente aos associados e associadas. Em 2021 as receitas foram da ordem de R$ 14.990.866 e as despesas chegaram a R$ 12.466.617, apurando-se um superávit de R$ 2.524.249 correspondendo a 16,84% da receita total.
2 Após esclarecimentos, o Balanço e o Relatório financeiro 2021 foram submetidos à votação e aprovados pela totalidade dos associados e associadas presentes.
A seguir, Waldemir Bargieri leu o parecer do Conselho Fiscal relativo às contas de 2021, recomendando a sua aprovação. Submetido à votação, o parecer foi aprovado por unanimidade pelos associados e associadas presentes.
3. Exame e aprovação do Relatório de Atividades 2021 e do Plano de Atividades 2022
O Relatório de atividades de 2021 foi enviado anteriormente aos associados e associadas e teve os pontos principais expostos nesta reunião pela Coordenadora Geral, Maria Virgínia de Freitas, e complementados por outros associados e associadas presentes. Após a apresentação, o Relatório de Atividades 2021 foi submetido à discussão pela Assembleia.
Submetido à votação pela Presidenta, foi aprovado pelo voto de todos os associados e associadas participantes.
A Coordenadora Geral também apresentou o Plano de atividades 2022, igualmente enviado aos associados e associadas. Submetido à votação pela Presidenta, o Plano de atividades 2022 também foi aprovado por todos os associados e associadas participantes.
4. Eleição dos novos membros da Diretoria e do Conselho Fiscal
A Presidenta informou ser necessária a eleição dos membros da Diretoria e do Conselho Fiscal para o próximo triênio e registrou que, conforme o Parágrafo único do Artigo 24 e o Parágrafo único do Artigo 31 do Estatuto Social, os mandatos da Diretoria e do Conselho Fiscal eleitos em 31 de maio de 2019 foram prorrogados automaticamente até a presente data.
Foram reeleitas, por unanimidade, por todos os associados e associadas com direito a voto, para compor a Diretoria da Associação, com mandato de 08 de agosto de 2022 a 08 de agosto de 2025: Vera Maria Masagão Ribeiro (Presidente), Ana Lucia Silva e Souza (Diretora Secretária) e Cleib Aparecida Martins Vieira Cupertino (Diretora Financeira).
Foram eleitos, por unanimidade, por todos os associados e associadas com direito a voto, para compor o Conselho Fiscal da Associação, com mandato de 08 de agosto de 2022 a 08 de agosto de 2025: Waldemir Bargieri, Gislene de Souza Aniceto e Marta Elizabete Vieira Santana.
Todos os eleitos foram formalmente empossados mediante a assinatura dos competentes termos de posse e estão qualificados em quadro consolidado anexo à presente ata, para fins de preservação dos seus dados pessoais.
A nova Diretoria, já empossada, propôs a recondução dos membros da Coordenação Geral, nos termos do Artigo 30 do Estatuto Social, a saber: Maria Virgínia de Freitas como Coordenadora Geral e Edneia Gonçalves e Roberto Catelli Junior como Coordenadores adjuntos. Os associados e associadas participantes, por unanimidade, referendaram a nomeação.
Submetidos à Assembleia, foram aprovados os nomes das seguintes pessoas para funcionarem como assessores especiais da Diretoria, em caráter voluntário: Petronilha
3 Beatriz Gonçalves Silva, Salomão Barros Ximenes e Mariângela Graciano, ligados há tempos ao campo de atividades da Ação Educativa.
5. Outros assuntos de interesse da Associação
A Presidenta propôs a inversão dos últimos dois pontos da pauta, a fim de que o Debate ocorra ao final, com a participação de convidadas não associadas. Após a concordância dos associados e associadas participantes, passou-se a tratar dos outros assuntos de interesse da Associação.
A Assembleia Geral acolheu proposta de que a Ação Educativa assine, em caráter institucional, a "Carta às Brasileiras e Brasileiros em defesa do Estado Democrático de Direito", documento que está circulando em todo o País.
Às 17h, a Presidenta Vera Maria Masagão Ribeiro, constatando a superação de todos os pontos de pauta previstos para esta parte da reunião da Assembleia Geral Ordinária. Pediu a leitura desta Ata, a qual foi aprovada por aclamação.
Agradecendo a colaboração das associadas e associados e demais presentes, a Presidenta deu por encerrada esta parte da reunião ordinária da Assembleia Geral da Ação Educativa Assessoria, Pesquisa e Informação, convidando a todos para o debate anunciado na convocação.
6. Debate “Enfrentando o ultraconservadorismo: desafios, brechas e esperanças”
Conforme anunciado no edital de convocação, registra-se a realização do debate, que contou com a presença de duas convidadas: Helena Silvestre, ativista em lutas por moradia e território e escritora; e Semayat Oliveira, jornalista voltada a Cultura, Educação e Relações Étnico-raciais, contando também com a mediação de Denise Carreira, associada e coordenadora.

From time to time, Acao Educativa Assessoria Pesquisa e Informcao (we, us or Company) may be required by law to provide to you certain written notices or disclosures. Described below are the terms and conditions for providing to you such notices and disclosures electronically through the DocuSign system.
