I.R.M. were requested to carry out Ultrasonic Inspection, Magnetic Particle and LPI in

Main

Shaft of Top Drive, Split Collar, Upper IBOP and Lower IBOP on behalf of Odebrecht

onboard

the ODN II NS 42. This was carried out during the period July 8 to 12 July, 2015

.

I.R.M would like to take this opportunity to thank all crew involved for their assistance

throughout this busy operational period.

Resumo do Projeto / Project Summary:

The Ultrasonic Inspection was carried out on the

Main Top Drive Shaft, UT, MPI and LP method

where ever applicable. All of these were inspected in accordance with ASME V, ASTME

1444/709, ASTME 165, API, ABS, DNV or BV which ever was applicable for the correct tool.

All items found to be defective during the time of this inspection have been clearly reported

throughout this package with Photographic Evidence & Reference Points recorded on drawings

for localization.
