Topic 12: REPORT ON THE COLLECTION OF QUOTA CONTRIBUTIONS
In accordance with Article V of the Financial Regulations, the Director has the honor to present below the report reflecting the status of outstanding quota contributions to the budgets of the Pan American Sanitary Organization.
The Pan American Sanitary Conference, at its XIV Meeting, recognizing that the delays in the receipt of contributions limit the development of long-range programs to be undertaken in the Americas, adopted the following resolution:
"RESOLUTION X
"The XIV Pan American Sanitary Conference,
"RESOLVES:
"To request Member Governments having out-standing quota balances to make the necessary financial arrangements for the payment thereof, and to emphasize the importance of mantaining future contributions on a current annual basis."
The attached report (Annex I) reflects the status of outstanding quota contributions as of 7 September
1955.
