PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVES TO THE EXECUTIVE - THE

DIRECTING COUNCIL

THE 3rd DIRECTING COUNCIL,

RESOLVES

To recommend to the Governments of the American States [having membership on] the Executive

Committee that the delegates to this body be, if possible, the same persons who attended the session

at which such countries were elected, in order to maintain unity of purpose in dealing with the

problems confronted by the Committee and in order that the deliberations can render the most

satisfactory results for the benefit of health in America.
