RESOLUTION

CD15.R30

INTERCOUNTRY EXCHANGE OF TEACHING AND OTHER

HEALTH PERSONNEL

THE 15th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having carefully examined the report of the Director of the Bureau on the intercountry exchange of

teaching and other health personnel (Document CD15/23), 1 submitted in conformity with

Resolution XXV adopted by the Directing Council at its XIV Meeting; and

Considering that the dissemination of information concerning the teaching activities of public and

private agencies in the health field should be coordinated so as to facilitate exchange of personnel to

the greatest extent possible,

RESOLVES

1.To thank the Director for the extensive information contained in his report on the intercountry

exchange of teaching and other health personnel (Document CD15/23).

2.To request the Director to study the advisability of establishing a clearinghouse for information

about the need for and the possibility of intercountry exchanges in the various fields mentioned in
