Informatics Engineering, an M.Sci. in the field of Computer Integrated Manufacturing and a Dr.Sci in the field of Production Systems Engineering. She teaches subjects related to Information Systems, Information Technologies and Organizational Models to undergraduate and post-graduate studies. She supervises several PhD projects in the domain of Virtual Enterprises and Information Systems and Technologies. She regularly publishes in international peer-reviewed journals and participates in international scientific conferences. She serves as a member of Editorial Boards and as an Associate Editor for several International Journals and for several Scientific Committees of International Conferences. She has authored and edited several books and her work appears in more than 100 papers published in journals, book chapters and conference proceedings. She is the co-founder and co-chair of several international conferences: CENTERIS – Conference on ENTERprise Information Systems, ViNOrg - International Conference on Virtual and Networked Organizations: Emergent Technologies and Tools and SeGAH – IEEE International Conference on Serious Games and Applications for Health.

Fernando Moreira is graduated in Computer Science (1992), M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering (1997) and Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering (2003), both at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. He is a member of the Dep. Informatics at Universidade Portucalense since 1992, currently as Associated Professor. He is a (co-)author of several scientific publications with peer-review on national and international conferences. He has already regularly serves as a member of the Programme and Organizing Committees of national and international workshops and conferences, namely CAPSI, ISEIS, CISTI and CENTRI. He conducts his research activities in Communication Networks, Quality of Services, eLearning and m-Learning. He is the coordinator of the M.Sc. of Informatics. He is associated with NSTICC, ACM and IEEE.

João Eduardo Varajão is professor of information systems management, project management and software engineering at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. He graduated in 1995, received his master degree in Computer Science in 1997 and, in 2003, received his PhD in Technologies and Information Systems, from University of Minho (Portugal). In 2012 got his Habilitation from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (Portugal). He supervises several Msc and PhD thesis in the information systems field. His current research includes information systems management, project management and enterprise information systems. He has over 200 publications, including books, book chapters, refereed publications, and communications at international conferences. He serves as associate editor and member of editorial board for international journals and has served in several committees of international conferences. He is cofounder of CENTERIS – Conference on ENTERprise Information Systems and HCist -Conference on Health and Social Care Information Systems and Technologies. He is also a member of AIS, IEICE and APSI.
