CLEARVIEW ELECTRIC INC.’S PETITION TO INTERVENE

Clearview Electric, Inc. (“Clearview”) hereby petitions to intervene in the above-captioned docket pursuant to RSA 541-A:32 and PUC 203.17. In support hereof, Clearview states as follows:

1. Clearview is a licensed supplier of electricity in the State of New Hampshire.

2. Clearview seeks to intervene in this docket because the proposed regulations will directly affect the operations of Clearview and their customers in New Hampshire.

3. Clearview’s rights, duties, privileges, immunities or other substantial interests may be affected by the proceeding. The interests of justice and the orderly and prompt conduct of the

proceedings would not be impaired by allowing the intervention, particularly where the proceeding is just beginning.

Wherefore, Clearview requests that the Commission grants its request to intervene as a full party intervener in this proceeding and for such other relief as may be just.
