Os participantes do TPG 2021 devem fazer o levantamento do seu dorsal nos secretariados (dias e horários) anuncia-dos, para evitar constrangimentos, facilitando o cumprimento das orientações da DGS relativamente à Pandemia por COVID-19.

É obrigatória a desinfeção das mãos e o uso de máscara durante a permanência no secretariado. O levantamento do dorsal será pessoal, isto é, o dorsal só será entregue ao atleta em questão.

Tendo em conta as orientações da DGS no combate à COVID-19, será solicitado a cada participante a assinatura de um Termo de Responsabilidade, no qual assumirá o seguinte:

• Que leu e aceita na integra o regulamento da prova;

• Que tem capacidade física e psicológica para participar neste tipo de evento;

• Que não apresenta sintomatologia suspeita de infeção por COVID-19 na data de realização da prova;

• Que não teve contacto com caso confirmado ou provável de infeção por SARS-Cov2/Covid-19 nos últimos 14 dias ante-riores à data de inicio da prova.

O termo de responsabilidade será facultado brevemente para download. Depois de impresso e devidamente assinado, deverá ser entregue aos elementos da organização, no secretariado, quando do levantamento do dorsal.

All the TPG’s participants must collect their bib number on the announced dates and times, to avoid constraints and facilitate compliance with the Health Authorities guidelines regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Hands disinfection and the use of a face mask is mandatory during the stay in the secretariat.

The bib number collection will be personal, meaning that the bib number will only be delivered to the athlete itself. Taking into account the Health Authorities guidelines regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, each participant will be asked to sign a Declaration of Agreement, in which he/she will assume the following:

• That has read and accepted the race’s regulation in its entirety;

• That has the physical and psychological capacity to participate in this type of event; • That does not have any suspected symptoms of COVID-19 infection, on the race’s date;

• That had no contact with a confirmed or probable case of SARS-Cov2 or Covid-19 infection in the last 14 days prior to the race.

The Declaration of Agreement will be available soon for download. After printed and duly signed, should be given to the organisation staff, at the secretariat, at the moment of collecting the bib number.
