RESOLUTION

CD8.R8

ELECTION OF THREE MEMBER COUNTRIES TO THE

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

THE 8th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Considering that the election of three Member Governments to membership on the Executive

Committee took place pursuant to Article 13, paragraph A, of the Constitution of the Pan American

Sanitary Organization; and

Considering that the Governments of Bolivia, Cuba, and Nicaragua were duly elected at the seventh

plenary session, in accordance with Articles 32 and 34 of the Rules of Procedure,

RESOLVES

To declare the Governments of Bolivia, Cuba, and Nicaragua elected to membership on the

Executive Committee of the Pan American Sanitary Organization for a period of three years.
