Total locking of two optically coupled and periodically pumped (including chaotic pumping) lasers is demonstrated theoretically. It is shown that such locked lasing is described by an equation for one equivalent laser. The constant difference between the éeld phases is found explicitly. The detuning range in which locked lasing can be retained is also determined.
