The topic of the thesis is of high practical significance and very actual. The obtained research results correspond to the aim and objectives.

The structural parts of the thesis are well balanced. The text and illustrations of the thesis are logical and informative.

Quality of analytical approach and quality of offered solution to the research objectives.

The author applied a new method for evaluating investment projects that does not require an independent assessment of the discount rate.

Quality of data gathering and description.

The simplified project analyzed in the thesis is close to projects to produce new high-tech consumer goods. Therefore, all data can be considered correct.

Scientific aspect of the thesis.

The scientific novelty lies in the development of the method for evaluating projects that does not require knowledge of the discount rate.

Practical/applied nature of research.

The method and algorithm of its implementation in the Python program may be of interest in the practice of making investment decisions in companies.
