The aim of the study was to investigate the value of CD117+, CD133+, CD34+38-, CD90+34- cells circulating in the blood in patients with primary ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) for the post-infarction period. THE STUDY OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE, MENTAL STATUS AND COMPLIANCE WITH TREATMENT IN PATIENTS TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PREVENTION. Goal: to perform a comparative analysis of the quality of life, psychological status, adherence to treatment in patients before and after the implementation of preventive measures in the territorial polyclinic. We compared two groups of patients comparable in mean level of the main indicators of modifiable risk factors.
Patients of the main group underwent primary riskometry and subsequent pharmacy observation using an innovative approach to medical prevention, based on different group trainings. Patients subject to follow-up at the territorial polyclinic were: the occurrence of the average level of the physical component and the. In the intervention group, a statistically significant positive trend was observed in almost all scales of the SF-36 questionnaire.
QOL patients of the main group on all scales of the SF-36 questionnaire improved significantly, the level of psycho-emotional stress, anxiety and depression decreased. Signs of a v iolation of lipid metabolism were interrelated with the metabolic state of the organism (the Ritis coefficient) and levels of low-molecular antioxidants.
