The manual for use, maintenance and spare parts is an integral part of the product. In the envelope supplied with the machine and/or kit you will find: the Operation, Maintenance and Spare Parts manual, the manual for the use of the engine and the tools (if included in the equipment), the warranty (in the countries where it is required by law).

In the event that the operator is accidentally sprayed with corrosive liquids or hot toxic gas, or any event that may cause serious injury or death, determine first aid in accordance with applicable occupational accident standards or local guidelines. In the event that the work area becomes engulfed in flames for any reason that can cause serious injury or death, observe first aid as described in applicable or local standards.

Suitable Carbonate anhydride (or carbon dioxide) powder, foam, water spray Do not use. Avoid using jets of water. The installation of a generator set must be planned by qualified and trained technicians and must be carried out by a competent organization with qualified personnel and appropriate equipment.
ATTENTION
Gensets have been selected as required for the electrical load and for environmental conditions (temperature, altitude and humidity). If the generator set is indoors, ensure that there is enough air for engine combustion, for generator set cooling (radiator and generator) and adequate ventilation.

Fuel and lubricant supply issues have been taken into account in accordance with the standards in force in the country of installation.
DANGER
To absorb vibrations produced by the generator set, it should be attached to a surface with sufficient rigidity, isolated from vibrations against other structures and with a mass equal to at least three times the mass of the generator. A safe distance must be maintained between generator sets and fuel depots, flammable goods (rags, paper, etc.), chemicals as indicated by the responsible authority.
NOTE
The best solution is to create a base isolated from the rest of the structure, on which the generator will be placed, to avoid the transmission of vibrations. The air inlet should be near the back of the generator as close to the ground as possible. The dimensions of the air outlets should be such that they have at least the same area of the radiator;

Due to the weight and encumbrance of the genset, an error when moving/lifting the unit can cause serious damage to it or surrounding persons.
BEWARE
Check that the dry air filter is installed correctly and that there are no leaks around the filter that could lead to infiltrations of unfiltered air into the interior of the car. Check the condition of the battery by the color of the warning light in the upper part. For further details on the type of diesel fuel to use, see the car's operating manual supplied.
It is dangerous to fill the engine with too much oil, as its combustion can cause a sudden increase in rotation speed. Remove the tap and pour liquid coolant into the radiator; the amount and composition of the coolant are specified in the engine manual. After refilling, let the engine run for a short time and check the level, as it may have dropped due to air bubbles in the cooling circuit; restore the level with water.
Do not remove the radiator cap with the engine running or still hot, as the liquid coolant may explode and cause serious burns.

The connection of the TCM 35 with the generator set, ready for remote start, allows to work far from the set itself. The remote control TCM 35 can only be used with machines equipped with control and protection with machines equipped with control and protection device EP6 (U7).
MAKE SURE
The remote control is connected to the front plate (X1), and/or back plate, with a multiple connector. With maintenance and care of the user, we mean all the operations regarding the verification of mechanical parts, electrical parts and of the fluids that are subject to use or consumption during the normal operation of the machine. As for the fluids, we should even consider the periodic change and or the refills that are eventually necessary as maintenance.
Maintenance operations also include machine cleaning operations when performed on a periodic basis outside of the normal work cycle. Changing tires (for machines equipped with undercarriages) should be considered as a repair as no lifting system is supplied as standard equipment. Periodic maintenance must be performed according to the schedule indicated in the engine manual.
THE ENGINE PROTECTION DOES NOT WORK WHEN THE OIL IS OF LOW QUALITY BECAUSE IT IS NOT RECHARGEED REGULARLY AT INTERVALS AS PRESCRIBED IN THE OWNER'S ENGINE MANUAL.
IMPORTANT
The engine and alternator manufacturers indicate specific maintenance and control intervals: it is mandatory to consult the books, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE of the engine and alternator that come with the generator you are using. If such documents are not supplied with the generator set, ask customer service for a copy. For the canopy machines, there are routine maintenance operations that require the operator to climb on top of the machine at a height higher than 2 m.
Always wear non-slip shoes and use approved ladders or do so with the help of a second operator. For the electricity generating sets prearranged for automatic operation, in addition to performing all periodic maintenance operations provided for normal use, various operations necessary in relation to the specific type of use must be performed. In fact, the electricity-generating group must be continuously prepared for operation, even after long periods of inactivity.

If the machine will not be used for more than 30 days, make sure that the area in which it is stored provides adequate protection from heat sources, weather changes or anything that can cause rust, corrosion or damage to the machine. For longer periods of inactivity, please contact the after-sole service of the engine manufacturer. Have qualified personnel dismantle the machine and properly dispose of the components, including oil, fuel, etc., when the machine is taken out of service.
We intend to make all operations, with the user's care, at the end of the use of the machine. Disposing of the various components of the machine must be done in accordance with the rules in force and/or local rules. The machine user is responsible for complying with the norms regarding the environmental conditions regarding the elimination of the machine being cut off and of all its components.
NOTE: The manufacturer is involved in discarding the machine only for used when it cannot be repaired.
