It points to a lack of prioritizing the SUS on the part of the govern- ment, underfunding and attacks on the system made by capital’s policies. The article also suggests that one of the most significant threats to SUS is the financialization of health, linked to the fi- nancial dominance. It concludes by arguing that the SUS is not consolidated, justifying alliances between democratic, popular and socialist forces, with new strategies, tactics and forms of organi- zation to face up to the power of capital and its representatives in society and in the State. Abstract: This theoretical article aims to present the most relevant impacts caused by the installation of the Psychological Testing System (Satepsi) of the Federal Council of Psychology in the area of Psychological Assessment (PA) in Brazil. Satepsi’s actions involve, in particular, regulation of the area, assessment of the minimum quality requirements of available psychological tests, dissemination of information about PA to the community, continuing education activities and class awareness. The publication of the analysis of the first psychological tests occurred in 2003 and this year celebrates 15 years of existence. The date deserves to be celebrated because of the improvements promoted widely in the training of the psychologist, in the qualification of psychological tests, in the recovery of the credibility of the area and in the construction of a set of knowledges that should be adopted when carrying out evaluation practices. The promulgation of Resolution 009/2018 establishes the current guidelines for conducting the Psychological Evaluation in professional practice for diagnostic purposes and is a result of the advances that have occurred in the PA in Brazil in recent years, recognized in national and international publications.

tives about abortion experiences available in an online community to discuss the methods and strategies to which women resort, facing the legal impossibility of voluntarily interrupting a pre- gnancy and the effects of the criminalization of induced abortion. The methodology used was vir- tual ethnography, observing the platform Women on Web, collection and analysis of 18 narratives publicly available without restrictions, selected between November 2016 and January 2017. The narratives report mixed methods to perform an abortion, with widespread use of Cytotec. Some cases include hospitals and medical clinics in the paths, whether to conduct examinations or attend to intercurrences. The internet appears as a po- pular tool to gather information, negotiate and even purchase abortive drugs, as well as a plat- form to share experiences. We concluded that the narratives point to insecurities, risks, and violence to which women are submitted in clandestine set- ting; they show the relevance of debate on decri- minalizing abortion in Brazil, and also reinforce the existence of a shared abortion culture, as stated in other studies.

Abstract: This article presents the results of a qualitative research that aims to comprehend the experiences of joint custody from the teenage daughters’ point of view. The method chosen to conduct the study was multiple case study. The participants were three families, with teenage daughters, that had experienced joint custody, whose parents were clients in the Núcleo de Assistência Judiciária (Legal Assistance Center), an entity associated to a Public University located in the south of Brazil. A document analysis of clients’ reports, the fulfilment of a form with both parents and adolescents and a semi-directive interview conducted with the teenage girls were used for data collection. Data analysis was based on content analysis. The results pointed out to a satisfactory experience with joint custody from the teenage girls’ point of view, and to the evaluation of this category of custody as an important strategy for the maintenance of parents’ bounds after a marital dissolution. It is emphasized that adolescents pointed out some difficulties in the relationships with their parents; however, it seems that these difficulties do not interfere in this type of custody.

Despite the significant association found be- tween candy consumption and HDL, many foods had no significant association with lipid profile. A limiting factor is that children’s feeding was assessed through food records and FFQ, which, even though the filling forms were clarified, they may have led to an underestimation and/or over- estimation of the quantities, types of foods that were consumed and offered to the children, as well as memory bias by mothers and/or guard- ians.

The search for spaces for sharing stories about abortion has indicated sites that convey informa- tion about medical abortion and whose portals provide a space for reporting through chat tools, comments, and content upload platforms as the most recurring results. Unlike websites such as Abortivo or Aborto na Nuvem, where reports lan- guish in confusing comment boxes, platform Fiz um Aborto of the Women on Web group makes the statements available in two ways: through a map or a large mural in which the stories are ar- ranged next to avatars and where it is possible to select filters such as country of origin and meth- ods used. We chose this platform also because of a large number of Brazilian stories available; the easy navigation and the possibility of classifying the reports by the method used; and because of publicly informing the organizations that sup- port the project, which facilitates verification of information about it.

Abstract This article set out to analyze studies

Abstract This article set out to analyze studies on leisure activities among university students in the healthcare area. It conducted a search using the following key words: leisure and students, and their corresponding terms in Spanish and English in the Bireme database, which resulted in 32 ar- ticles at the end of the review. In the articles an- alyzed there was a predominance of the following leisure interests: sports, social, intellectual and artistic activities, with a greater number of arti- cles presenting experiences in sports. It was also noted that the intake of alcohol in the leisure con- text is often mentioned by this population group. There was a predilection for physical exercised/ sport during leisure time, compared to other lei- sure interests and little knowledge about any other possibilities for leisure. This article also discusses the need to develop strategies that promote leisure among these students, seeking to improve their quality of life. It is noteworthy that they are health professionals in the training phase and it is quite possible that their future orientations might be in- fluenced by their personal practices.

The following resolutions are important in- struments in the ethical review process in Brazil: NHC Resolution 506/16 “establishes criteria for the accreditation of RECs in the CEP/CONEP system in public and private institutions” to promote the decentralization of the system and strengthening the autonomy of research to act on a regionalized basis; and Resolution 510/16, which establishes rules and regulations for re- search in the field of human and social sciences and other fields that use methods specific to these areas, seeking to promote an analysis that is more suited to the specificities of this type of research. This instrument also creates a new area in the Plataforma Brazil for the submission of projects and establishes new flows for the assessment of studies in accordance with the risks involved 76 .

The data analysis calculated the prevalence and analyzed the association among independent variables for high-risk consumption of alcohol for men and women and heavy drinking only for men given the small sample of females. The crude and adjusted analyses were performed us- ing Poisson regression, which assessed the statis- tical significance of the associations using Wald test of heterogeneity and linear trend test. The adjusted analysis followed a hierarchical model with backward selection that included demo- graphic and economical variables in the first lev- el, behavioral and occupational variables in the second level, and comorbidities in the third level. The variables with p-value ≤ 0.2 were maintained in the model and those with p < 0.05 were con- sidered associated. The variable schooling was removed from the multivariate model because it was correlated with the variable age. The analysis was performed in the software Stata ® 13.0.

Educational practices view the individual sociocultural context and the service’s, institution’s or network’s context that are present in learning as knowledge construction. Health problems and challenges trigger learning, which takes into account the individuals’ previous knowledge, values, desires and interests. The reflective dialog between clinical management actions and the information about the reality enables to understand that practices can be reviewed in light of new information. Organizational education is seen as an articulated, upward and downward process involving all the spheres of work. The culture of permanent education and continuous assessment within the daily routine of work reorients health practices under the perspective of an organization that transforms itself. The utilization of mistakes and successes as subsidies to improve performance includes clinical audit, which assumes a perspective of problematizing and educational learning. The generation and dissemination of knowledge that is relevant to health production value the innovation of products and processes in healthcare, aiming to amplify the access to innovations.

Abstract This paper aims to analyze the main characteristics of Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) mortality in Brazil for the period 1996-2015, focusing on the 10-29 years’ age group. This is a two-step study consisting of (i) a bibliographic re- view on the topic of traffic violence in Brazil, and (ii) a study on RTA mortality in the Mortality Information System (SIM). The former situates the state of the art of scientific production on the theme and produces the theoretical reference for the analysis of the latter. During the period, about 39,000 people died by RTA, of which about 13,200 adolescents and young people died. The coun- try should curb mortality to somewhere around 19,500/year and, among adolescents and young people, to 6,500/year to achieve SDG 3.6. With the establishment of the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB), RTA mortality rate fell between 1997 and 2000. The rate increased in the subsequent decade. The focus on adolescents and young peo- ple help us understand that, in the post-CTB and Prohibition, male black and brown motorcyclists became the main victims. The literature provides data analysis and shows that reduction is cur- rently submitted to an articulated discussion that involves worker’s health, gender, employment, ur- ban mobility and advertising policies. Concerning SDG, this means that achieving SDG 3.6 is a pro- cess that involves interacting with policies target- ing other SDGs.

Abstract This paper aims to analyze the process

Abstract This paper aims to analyze the process of medicalization in current societies, starting from the description of the way in which medi- cine gradually appropriated various aspects of everyday life that were once part of the life cycle of people. At the theoretical level, we are based on authors such as Descola and Latour, who prob- lematize the dichotomy between Nature and Cul- ture, and propose the need to think from a supe- rior episteme. Methodologically, this theoretical proposal enables an analysis of the medicalization that can illuminate what is hidden in the dis- course and biomedical practices: the sociocultural, political and economic processes that are part of these “objects” of Medicine. From this perspective, the presentation of them as scientific facts, objec- tively isolatable and manipulable by medical sci- ence, is in crisis. Thus, our analysis, based on the concept of “quasi-objects” or “hybrids”, problema- tizes such objectification, while providing critical tools to reflect on the medicalization of life in to- day’s societies.

Abstract This study aims to analyze intimate

It is believed that there are different causal factors of intimate partner violence, one of which is defined in the gender oppression, which char- acterizes the asymmetric violence advocated by feminist theorists, and another one defined by relational dynamics, in which violence is a phe- nomenon beyond itself, as something that tran- scends what is called “victim” and “perpetrator”. It is suggested that the research encompasses the situations experienced by those involved, trying to understand the dynamics of the couple be- cause it is considered that this is the method- ological path that can elucidate the understand- ing and ways of preventing violence by intimate partners.
