Pour terminer, dans L’amour, la fantasia, l’autobiographie au pluriel instaurée par Assia Djebar lui permet de rompre le silence qui isole son expression et celle des femmes algériennes, et d’aboutir à une parole collective. Des narratrices multiples racontent au lecteur leurs expériences vécues, par la médiation de la narratrice, échappant ainsi au silence qui détermine habituellement leur existence cloisonnée. Dans ce contexte, L’Amour, la fantasia est un univers féminin, un récit d’un être pluriel, d’un corps multiple. Assia Djebar entend démontrer que la femme n’est pas cette identité unique, que l’identité n’est pas « une » mais qu’elle est « plusieurs ». L’amour, la fantasia, inscrit donc l’identité plurielle féminine par l’évocation de la fraternité des femmes de l’Algérie d’hier et d’aujourd’hui.

Je tente dans cet ouvrage d’apporter des éclairages nouveaux par des approches multi- ples, dont deux sont cependant privilégiées : le genre, entendu comme la construction sociale de la différence des sexes et les rapports de pouvoir qui en découlent ; le transnational qui invite à observer les circulations de personnes et d’idées, ainsi que toutes les formes d’hybridation de cultures et de politiques. J’ai eu la chance de bénéficier, outre des archives publiques de différentes institutions, des archives privées conservées par la famille, dont plus d’un millier de lettres que j’ai transcrites et parfois traduites. Le développement du numérique et l’oubli courant dans les analyses de l’importance du contenu de ce qui circule sur les réseaux, c’est à dire l’information, nous a amenée à privilégier une étude empirique dans le domaine de l’éducation puisque nous souhaitions comprendre les enjeux d’un travail d’appropriation de l’information dans un cadre d’usage numérique. L’évolution des technologies numériques offre, en effet, aujourd’hui aux enseignants la possibilité de diversifier les médias qu’ils utilisent à des fins d’enseignement. Un des postulats sous-jacent à l’usage de ces technologies repose sur l’idée que les apprenants actuels sont nés avec le numérique, maîtrisent un ensemble de techniques et apprécient l’usage de ces matériels comme l’ordinateur, le téléphone portable ou la console de jeu (Prensky, 2001). Nous avons choisi une approche qualitative, principalement d’observation participante, mais également d’analyse de traces écrites. L’expérimentation d’une classe inversée, ou encore nommée « flipped learning », “apprentissage inversé” en nous centrant sur les processus de circulation d’informations, d’accompagnement à la transformation de ces informations tant par le formateur que par les formés, est qualifié de dispositif pédagogique. « Cette méthode d’enseignement est issue des travaux de Jonathan Bergmann et d’Aaron Sams réalisés au milieu des années 2000, alors qu’ils étaient tous deux enseignants de chimie à l’école secondaire Woodland Park au Colorado. Elle a par la suite été fortement popularisée en mars 2011 par Salman Khan, fondateur de la Khan Academy, lors d’une « conférence TED » (Technology, Entertainment and Design) où il proposait l’utilisation de ses vidéos éducatives pour « inverser » les classes (SSFUS, 2011) » (Bissonnette, 2012).

Planting collectively is causing the mercury content in the media to be much lower at <0.002 ppm, while the planting singly is 0.278 to 1.46 ppm. Except D. excelsa that planted singly, the mercury content is <0.002 ppm. This indicates that specific to D. excelsa, not only planted collectively but also planted singly capable to lowering the concentration of mercury in the media <0.002 ppm. Safety threshold of mercury in the soil according to the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 202 of 2004 is 0.005 ppm.

Bali is closely neighboring to Lombok that laid on the Middle to East Indonesia and just separated with 35 km strait but the existence of Wallacea line between these islands make them unique and interesting. Wallace line was known as imaginary line separating the Oriental (Sunda Shelf) and Australian (Sahul Shelf) biotas-extends Bali and Lombok and between Sulawesi and Borneo/Philippines. Alfred Russell Wallace was one of the first to draw worldwide attention to the dramatic change in especially the fauna of central Malesia region between Southeast Asian and New Guinean-Australian fauna (van Welzen et al. 2005). The fauna studies in Wallacea areas are more extensive than flora studies especially in Bali and Lombok. The diversity of Amorphophallus never been studied specifically in Bali and Lombok Islands except globally mentioned on Jansen et al. (1996) and Mayo et al. (1997).

It will cause water deficit in the watershed, especially if it is planted in areas where rainfall is less than 2000 mm year -1 . However, in areas with high rainfall (3308 mm year -1 ) as in Somagede, Sempor, Kebumen, where they studied, the pine forest is not cause of water shortages in the downstream. Controversy about this is still often discussed, because pine is an exotic and plant providing not only for reforestation, but also expected to support the success of business revenues, from wood and resin products (Yonky et al. 2003).

Short-term abandonment of human disturbances in Zagros Oak forest ecosystems: Effects on secondary succession of soil seed bank and aboveground vegetation

Three soil samples for seed bank (randomly collected within each sample plot each with the dimensions of 400 cm 2 (20×20) and a depth of 5 cm) analysis were collected from the same sampling areas as those of the plots used for above-ground vegetation. Sampling was carried out in early spring 2012, i.e. after the end of the germination period but before the dispersion of new seeds for most species. The litter layer was included in the soil samples because this layer may contain a high number of seeds (Leckie et al. 2000). Each sample was separated into two collection bags, the organic LFH (litter-fibric-humic) material and the mineral soil, and was then stored fresh in a refrigerator, in the dark at 3-4°C for three months to cold stratify the seeds. The soil samples were passed through a 4-mm sieve to exclude coarse stones and plant fragments, and excluded material was inspected visually for large seeds and fruits. A known volume of sieved sample soil was spread as a 5-cm deep layer overlying sterilized coarse sand in 40 × 20 cm germination trays. Leaf litter was shaken and the seeds present were added to the soil samples (Leckie et al. 2000).

The conservation of mitochondrial genome sequence in Leucadendron (Proteaceae)

phylogenetic tree shows that Leucadendron (Proteaceae) is most closely related to Lamprocapnos spectabilis (Fumariaceae) and Liriodendron tulipifera (Magnoliaceae). The most parsimonious phylogenetic tree obtained using the nad1/B-C intron sequence showed that Leucadendron is closely allied to Lamprocapnos spectabilis (Fumariaceae) and Liriodendron tulipifera (Magnoliaceae) and is part of a clade that contains the Platanaceae (Platanus occidentalis). Phylogenetic analyses based on rbcL cpDNA sequence data (Chase et al. 1993) and combined rbcL and atpB cpDNA sequences (Drinnan et al. 1994) revealed that Proteaceae was sister to Platanaceae. The result from this study demonstrated that Leucadendron and Platanus are not sister to one another. However, Leucadendron and Platanus are part of the same clade and consensus tree of bootstrapped trees showed that the grouping of Leucadendron to a clade consisting of Laurus, Platanus and Liriodendron was 979.4 times out of 999.99 tress. Thus, this preliminary analysis of phylogeny based on mtDNA sequence data supports the suggestion that the Proteaceae is placed in a clade with Platanaceae as suggested by Chase et al. (1993) and Drinnan et al. (1994). This placement of the Proteaceae differs from the classification by Johnson and Briggs (1975) based on morphological, anatomical and developmental studies which suggested that the Proteaceae were not closely related to any of the major dicotyledonous orders. Further studies using other markers are required to resolve the position of Proteaceae within the angiosperm lineage.

REVIEW: Research Ethnobotany in Indonesia and the Future Perspectives

Ethnoecologist has been involved with the people and their environment and has been worked with local people in a wide range of projects related to the conservation of both plant resources and its linked traditional ecological knowledge. In line with Man and Biosphere (MAB) Program that is officially established in 1974 the most relevant to the research ethnoecology is the interaction between human activities and the structure and the dynamic of tropical and subtropical forest ecosystems. The theme of the research is "The Impact of Development on Interactions between Peoples and Forest in East Kalimantan" and it was reported by Kartawinata et. al. (1982). In 1976 the Indonesian MAB National Committee, where the herbarium researchers has been participated, a study of the environmental and social effects of human activities in the primary forest areas was launched, with three primary themes, i.e. (i) the environmental effects of different kind of land use; (ii) the effect of timber camps on the economic activities of villagers; and (iii) the comparative studies of cultivators in up-river home-lands and down-river resettlement areas (Kartawinata et al., 1981).

Genotipe tanaman induk juga berpengaruh terhadap viabilitas benih yang dihasilkan. Gardner et al. (1939) menyatakan bahwa perkembangan bunga dan buah juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan tanaman meng- absorbsi zat hara dan menggunakannya secara efektif, serta status kesehatan tanaman induk. Beberapa pohon secara konsisten menghasilkan benih dengan viabilitas rendah dan ada pula yang secara konsisten menghasilkan benih dengan viabilitas tinggi. Menurut Buana et al. (1994), semakin tinggi jumlah biji (buah normal) yang terbentuk dalam satu tandan, semakin tinggi pula viabilitas benih yang berasal dari tandan tersebut. Viabilitas benih tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini, akan tetapi dengan merujuk hasil penelitian Buana et al. (1994), maka diduga viabilitas benih dari tanaman SD037 mempunyai viabilitas yang lebih tinggi daibandingkan dengan SD038 dan SD039.

Perbedaan aktivitas fosfatase alkalin terjadi di antara yang diinokulasi Gigaspora sp dengan Glomus sp. Perbedaan ini dimungkinkan berkaitan dengan adanya perbedaan siklus hidup jamur mikoriza arbuskula, yaitu berkaitan dengan perkembangan miselium intra dan ekstra dalam pembentukan asosiasi dengan tanaman inangnya serta mekanisme fungsi fisiologis yang terjadi dalam asosiasi. Bila inokulasi dengan Gigaspora sp dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan, maka akan diikuti dengan meningkatnya aktivitas akar dan menyebabkan meningkatnya aktivitas (Gianinazzi et al., 1992; Tisserant et al., 1993). Aktivitas fosfatase alkalin dari Glomus dalam penelitian relevan menghasilkan aktivitas yang tinggi (Gianinazzi et al., 1992; Tisserant et al., 1993; Boddington dan Dodd, 1998 dan Vivas et al., 2003), namun Boddington dan Dodd (1998) dan Vivas et al. (2003) melaporkan tedapat perbedaan aktivitas fosfatase diantara dua jenis Glomus yang diinokulasikan ke tanaman inang. Perbedaan hasil yang terjadi pada penelitian ini membuktikan pada lingkungan yang berbeda terjadi adaptasi ekologis yang berbeda pula dari jamur mikoriza arbuskula. Gigaspora sp pada tanah di Tangen meningkatkan produksi fosfatase alkalin dalam tanah. Hasil penelitian menguatkan apa yang dilaporkan Zhao et al. (1997), bahwa aktivitas enzim fosfatase alkalin dalam tanah terkait pada faktor lingkungan. Dalam kaitan ini pemupukan menentukan ketersediaan hara bagi tanaman, karenanya perkembangan miselium dalam tanah berkaitan kondisi hara di dalam tanah akan menentukan aktivitas enzim fosfatase alkalin.
