The article is dedicated to the analysis of new priorities in intelligence services activities and tendencies to reform their organizational structures at modern state. Transformation of the security system of the former USSR and its satellites, perspectives of the EU Intelligence policy, the US Intelligence Community reform are analyzed as well.
