UNIT POWER SUPPLY

If you have an IT system (ungrounded) or an angle-grounded TN system, disconnect the internal EMC filter by removing the EMC screw. Disconnect the internal EMC filter when installing the drive on a corner grounded TN system, otherwise the drive will be damaged.

ALARM INDICATORS

  • MAIN CONTROLLER
  • GAS DETECTION MODULE

Disconnect the internal EMC filter when installing the drive in an IT system (an ungrounded power system or a high resistance [over 30 ohms] power system), otherwise the system will be connected to ground potential via the EMC filter capacitors.

Regardless of the adjustment, the resulting setpoint is limited to the operating limits to protect the unit. The configuration of the various water law settings dynamically adjusts to the set point according to the outside temperature. The "Variable primary flow" option is used to modulate the power of the hydraulic pump.

This speed is determined during commissioning to adjust the pump power as the installation load decreases. This speed range is determined during commissioning to adjust the pump power as the installation load decreases. Limited capacity is occasionally used to limit the electricity consumption of SYSAQUA BLUE to avoid exceeding the electricity capacity of the installation site.

To ensure the activation of the mode indicated in the calendar, the unit must work in "Delegate".

COMMISSIONING

LIST OF PRELIMINARY CHECKS

  • VISUAL CHECK
  • ELECTRICAL CHECK
  • HYDRAULIC CHECK
  • REFRIGERATING CHECKS

Check that the components of the external water circuit (pumps, service equipment, filters, expansion vessel and reservoir if supplied) are installed correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and that the water inlet and outlet connections are correct. Check that the water quality meets the specified standards (see § WATER QUALITY, page 16). Check the presence, direction and position of the water filter upstream of the unit (mesh size ≤ 800µm).

Check the presence and position of the shut-off valves to isolate the unit during maintenance periods. Check that the hydraulic circuit is properly primed and that the fluid flows freely with no signs of leaks or air pockets. Check that the unit is wired for proper control of the fan, cooling and heating modes of the unit.

Check that the liquid indicator is green (factory setting), indicating a lack of moisture.

UNIT START-UP

Check the direction of rotation of the pump and let the liquid circulate for at least 12 hours for each pump.

OPERATING CHECK LIST

  • GENERAL
  • PHASE ROTATION PROTECTION
  • ELECTRICAL
  • HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
  • COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
  • FINAL CHECK

Operating Pressures: Run the unit for at least 20 minutes and ensure that the refrigerant pressures are stabilized and check that they are within normal operating ranges. The unit must operate with a water flow in accordance with the recommended values shown in the table. Operating the unit with low water flow is dangerous as it can cause irreparable damage to components and the plate heat exchanger.

Check the presence and position of the shut-off valves to isolate the unit during maintenance periods 3. Check that the installation is protected against frost (thermal insulation, glycol-ethylene percentage of the unit if its presence is necessary, etc.). The order must include the part name, part number, model number and serial number of the device involved.

If, after our personal inspection of the returned part, we determine that the defect is due to faulty equipment or workmanship and the part is still under warranty, a credit will be applied to the customer's order.

WARRANTY CLAIM - MATERIAL RETURN PROCEDURE

The return form is sent with the returned equipment and contains all necessary information about the problem encountered. English The unit part number, order confirmation and serial number listed on the nameplate must be. When ordering spare parts, please indicate the date of installation of the unit and the date of failure.

MAINTENANCE

WEEKLY CHECK

²the oil level of the compressors (use a sight glass on the oil leveling pipe of the compressor tandems). When the SYSAQUA BLUE is running, perform a sound test of the compressors, pump and fans.

TABLE OF PERIODIC SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

If the unit has not been used for a long time, manually rotate the pump shaft and check that it rotates freely. For a unit equipped with a double pump, it is advisable to switch from one pump to the other every month or check that the pump shaft rotates freely to prevent the lining from sticking. Check the electrical voltage applied to the unit, which must remain stable within the tolerances specified on the information plates.

Therefore, it is important to avoid exposing it to the atmosphere for long periods, as this will require an oil change.

MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

  • REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT
  • HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
  • WINTER PROTECTION

This equipment must be submitted for sealing checks at least once a year by a professional authorized to carry out such an operation. In case of leaks due to damage or shock, the coils must be repaired by one of the authorized Support Centers. To ensure the best possible operation of the condenser bank, the condenser surface must be kept as clean as possible, and it must be free of foreign objects (leaves, wires, insects, slugs, etc.).

Check the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger. The equipment used for the external water flow, the amount of solvent and the safety measures applied must be approved by the company that supplies the cleaning products or who performs these operations. The concentration of the antifreeze solution must be checked regularly and carefully before each winter season.

The R290 charging procedure must be performed by a qualified technician using SV HP/SV LP service valves.
