The validity of the guarantee will be invalid in case of non-compliance with the above-mentioned indications. Correct structure design is particularly effective in relation to the characteristics listed above. For severe working conditions (very low treated air temperatures and very high relative humidity environments), the frame can also be supplied in the version with thermal bridge interruption, even for only part of the unit.

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (UNI EN 10142 EN 10147), painted on the HDG support with polyester resin (anti-slip), with a self-adhesive protective plastic film that prevents damage to the panels during handling in the workshop and during the transport of the air conditioner. and on-site positioning. The inner surface of the panels is further treated to facilitate the attachment of the injected polyurethane foam. The perfect match between the edges of the panels and the frame forms the inner surface of the air conditioning unit.

They are blocked with two or three handles made of the same material, depending on the height of the unit. The roof protrudes 50 mm on each side according to the dimension of the control unit. In the first case, seepage is less than 5% of capacity for a pressure difference between upstream and downstream of 1000 Pa.

Durability of the filter, which cannot be regenerated, is closely linked to the dust in the air.

COILS8

The electric power supply coils are often used for small heating loads in small and medium-sized central air handling units, primarily for summer reheat when it is not possible (or convenient) to activate the traditional hot water production system. The humidification treatment of the air is a very important component in creating a well-being climate in air-conditioned rooms. The humidification systems described below must be aimed at the specific application for which they are intended in accordance with the liquid available.

It is obvious that consideration must be given to the fact that molds and bacteria find a favorable environment on damp surfaces and in stagnant water. The steam system is recommended for small capacities and use where the salinity of the air is particularly required (e.g. in hospitals).

MOTORS11

The multi-zone or double duct sections are generally used where the air temperatures are controlled by acting on the on-off valves of two air streams with hot and cold temperatures, also in a differentiated way between the different areas to be treated in the same unit. This is because the mixture to introduce controlled temperature air streams into rooms can be obtained by suitable terminal equipment placed in the rooms themselves. The recuperators are used even more where, for indoor air quality or for certain industrial processes, it is necessary to use large quantities of fresh air instead of recirculated air.

The use of recuperators is more suitable for large volumes of fresh air to be treated and. Three sizes of cross-flow recovery systems with different efficiency are available for each air handling unit.

Positioning can be carried out using two pallet trucks, one for each side of the section, preferably operating on the longer sides. Alternatively, positioning can be performed by making the central unit run on tubes that act as rollers. Fan-motor units are mounted on anti-vibration mounts; (However it is recommended to place an anti-vibration cover between the base of the central air handling unit and the floor of the technical room).

When placing the central air handling unit, the space required for routine and extraordinary maintenance must be respected. Leave on the opposite side a distance equal to the width of the central unit plus 100 mm, to withdraw the coils from the opposite side to the.

IN INOUT

This type of humidification implies the connection of the water supply pipe and the drain. The supply must be intercepted by a solenoid valve (not supplied) controlled by a room humidistat and an ultimate limit humidistat on the flow channel (not supplied). The fittings for supply and drain are found under the tray in the thickness of the unit base.

The fittings for supply and drain are found under the tray in the thickness of the unit base. e) Evaporator pack humidification joint and pump. The supply must be intercepted by a valve (not supplied) for maintenance, while during normal operation it is regulated by a float valve (C in the figure). Check the positioning of the evaporator pack (F) and any separator (G), both of which can be extracted.

G. f) Washing humidification connection - due to the weight of the water con- . retained in the tank, the air washers require the bottom surface of the tank to be continuously supported. The other sections of the central air handling unit must be flush with the wash section, which has a height of 400 mm; .. the pumps are delivered separately and must be connected to suction and flow accessories using the supplied accessories; .. the pumps must be fixed to the floor at the same height as the bottom of the control unit; .. the float valve must be set in such a way that the water level is approx. 20 mm below the overflow. g) Steam humidification connection The steam humidification sections are only supplied in standard design with steam distribution pipes. If the latter is purchased as an accessory to the central air handling unit, it is usually delivered mounted on the side of the machine and already hydraulically connected (steam and condensate).

The typical connection layouts for the three-phase electric motors are given in the following general diagram. However, it is recommended to consult the diagram contained inside the motor terminal board or affixed to the back of the terminal board cover). For connecting the air cleaner's electric pumps, see what is stated in section 15.4.

Below you will find the rules that must be followed for the dimensioning and version of the siphons in the case of an unpressurized or pressurized tank. Each power plant and each section of the central air handling unit must be connected to the system ground. The screw identified by a plate is located close to one of the section feet as indicated by the letter (A) in the following figure.
