Improper installation may cause explosion, personal injury, water leakage, refrigerant leakage, electric shock and fire. If the density of the coolant exceeds the limit, in case of any leakage, oxygen deficiency may occur, which may cause serious accidents. Improper installation locations may cause the unit to fall and cause property damage and personal injury.

This can cause extremely high pressure in the process circuit, which can cause explosions and personal injury. Touching rotating equipment, hot surfaces, or high-voltage parts may cause personal injury due to entrapment, burns, or electric shock. Failure to disconnect the power may cause electric shock, damage, and malfunction of the device.

Connecting the unit with copper wire or other metal wire may cause damage to the unit and fire. Any remaining packing material may cause personal injury as it may contain nails and wood.

Explanation

The heat pump (EB100) prioritizes the charging of hot water with half the power (cooling module EP14) via a reversing valve (QN10). When the water heater/accumulator tank (CP10) is fully charged (EB100-QN10) switches to the heating circuit. Additional heat (EB1) is automatically connected when the energy demand exceeds the heat pump capacity.

The heat pump (EB100) prioritizes the charging of hot water with half the power (cooling module EP14) via a reversing valve (EB100-QN10). When the water heater/accumulator tank (CP10 and CP11) is fully charged (EB100-QN10) switches to the heating circuit. Additional heat (EM1) is automatically connected when the energy demand exceeds the heat pump capacity.

If the water heater/accumulator tank (CP10) is equipped with an immersion heater and a junction box, the function. For 40 and 60 kW the brine pump is supplied (not valid for all locations, see list of supplied items) and must be installed outside the heat pump.

Miniature circuit-breaker

All electrical equipment, except the outdoor sensors, room sensors and current sensors, are already connected in the factory. ႑ If the building is equipped with an earth leakage circuit breaker, each F1345 must be fitted with a separate one. ႑ Communication and sensor cables to external connections must not be laid near power cables.

႑ The minimum area of communication and sensor cables for external connections must be 0.5 mm² up to 50 m, for example EKKX or LiYY or equivalent. ႑ For cable routing in F1345, cable glands must be used (e.g. UB2, power cables and UB3, signal cables, marked in the picture). Electrical installation and service must be carried out under the supervision of a qualified electrician.

Electrical installation and wiring must be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Possible selection for AUX inputs

႑ Switch for external blocking of additional heat In cases where external blocking of additional heat is desired, it can be connected to connection block X6, which is installed behind the front cover. Additional heating is disconnected by connecting the potential-free switch function to the input selected in menu 5.4. In these cases, an external compressor lockout (EP14) and/or (EP15) is required, this can be connected to terminal block X6, located behind the front cover.

The compressor (EP14) and/or (EP15) is disconnected by connecting a potential-free switch function to the input selected in menu 5.4. In those cases where external rate blocking is desired, it can be connected to terminal block X6, which is placed behind the front cover. ႑ Switch for external blocking of heating In those cases external blocking of heat is used, it can be connected to terminal block X6, which is placed behind the cover.

Heating is switched off by connecting a potential-free switch function to the input selected in menu 5.4. ႑ Contact for external forced control of the brine pump In cases where external forced control of the brine pump is used, this can be connected to terminal block X6, which is located behind the front cover. The brine pump can be forcibly controlled by connecting a potential-free contact function to the input selected in menu 5.4.

An external contact function can be connected to F1345 for activation of the "temporary luxury" hot water function. The switch must be potential free and connected to the selected input (menu 5.4) on terminal block X6, which is behind An external contact function can be connected to F1345 to change the flow temperature and the room temperature.

The contact must be potential-free and connected to the selected input (menu 5.4) on terminal X6. An external switch function can be connected to F1345 for activation of one of the four fan speeds. If a pressure/level/flow monitor is desired for the coolant installation, it can be connected to the selected input (menu 5.4) on terminal block X6 located behind the front cover).

Possible selection for AUX output (potential free variable relay)

Tariff blocking means that supplemental heat, compressor and heat are disconnected by connecting a potential-free contact function to the input selected in menu 5.4. The external contact function only works if the accessory FLM is installed and activated. If any of the above is installed on terminal X5, it must be selected in menu 5.4.

An accessory card is required if several functions are connected to terminal block X5 while the buzzer alarm is activated (see page 37). External circulation pump, ground water pump or hot water circulation pump connected to the buzzer alarm relay as shown below.
