ШЛЯХИ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ВІТЧИЗНЯНОГО ХМЕЛЯРСТВА
В середньому на пер компанії, враховуючи умови песимістичного сценарію розвитку, обсяг виробництва хмелю гранульованого сорту 90 в Житомирській області становитиме у 2020 році. Отже, використовуючи розрахунково-конструктивний метод та враховуючи, що параметри якості гранульованого сорту хмелю 90 вітчизняного походження не поступається іноземним аналогам, розроблено прогноз реалізаційної ціни 1 т хмелю гранульованого типу 90: якщо у 2015 році (ціна) вона становила 12 тис. грн. Досліджено основні показники ефективності діяльності підприємств хмелярської галузі України.

І МСБО 40 «Інвестиційна нерухомість», і П(С)БО 32 «Інвестиційна нерухомість» містять перелік об’єктів, які не вважаються інвестиційною нерухомістю для цілей бухгалтерського обліку. Якщо МСБО 40 водночас підкреслює, що саме компанія та керівництво мають право розробляти та вибирати ці критерії на основі послідовного застосування професійного судження, то МСБО 32 не містить такої інформації. Слід також зазначити, що в МСБО 40 «Інвестиційна нерухомість», коли ми визначаємо інвестиційну нерухомість, йдеться про продаж у «звичайній діяльності», а в П(С)БО 32.

The following methods were applied to achieve a goal in the course of the research: observation (for studying an account condition and monitoring calculation of compensation for a temporary disability); theoretical generalization and comparison (for the disclosure of the normative legislative basis on accounting of sick lists). Changes of the normative legislative basis of Ukraine on the execution of calculation of compensation for a temporary disability of employees of the enterprise were analyzed. The results of the study can be used to display the calculation, accrual and payment of benefits (compensation) for sick leave in the accounting records.
