After stopping the operation of the air conditioner, turn off the power supply switch and remove the power plug. Connecting these models to the MUZ-GF·VE series outdoor units enables low standby power management. These models can be connected to the MUZ-GF·VE series after once connected to the MXZ series and operated, for example, due to relocation.

The set time for the ON/OFF timer can be reduced to 1 second for every minute. After the breaker is turned on, the time for turning on the compressor, which normally takes 3 minutes, can be reduced to 1 minute. ADVICE MODIFICATION FOR INDIVIDUAL OPERATION A maximum of 4 indoor units with wireless remote controls can be used in a room.

In this case, to operate each indoor unit individually from each remote control, the remote control P.C. After you turn on the switch, the first remote controller that sends the signal to the indoor unit will be considered as the remote controller for the indoor unit. The indoor unit will only accept the signal from the remote controller assigned to the indoor unit after they are set.

The setting will be canceled if the switch is turned off or the power supply is turned off.

  • To release the timer

Confirmation of the standard position is carried out in the following cases:. a) When the procedure starts or ends (including the operation of the timer). If the room temperature is higher than the set temperature, operation in COOL mode starts. If the room temperature is equal to or lower than the set temperature, operation starts in HEATING mode.

The COOL mode switches to the HEAT mode when approximately 15 minutes have passed and the room temperature is 1°C below the set temperature. The HEAT mode switches to COOL mode when approximately 15 minutes have passed and the room temperature is 1°C above the set temperature. When you try to operate 2 or more indoor units at the same time with one outdoor unit, one for cooling and the other for heating, the operation mode of the indoor unit that operates first will be selected.

When the ECONO COOL button is pressed in COOL mode, the set temperature is automatically increased 2°C by the microprocessor. The air conditioner automatically adjusts the fan speed and set temperature and operates in POWERFUL mode. POWERFUL mode is automatically canceled 15 minutes after operation starts, or when the POWERFUL button is pressed again within 15 minutes after operation starts.

POWERFUL mode is also canceled if the OPERATE/STOP (ON/OFF) (GF60/71VE) / STOP/OPERATE (OFF/ON) (GF60/71VE2), ECONO COOL, FAN SPEED CONTROL or i-save button inside pressed. 15 minutes after operation starts, or after operation mode is changed. The direction, speed and angle of the motor are controlled by pulse signals (approximately 12 V) sent by the microprocessor. Setting the current time (a) Press the CLOCK setting button. b) Press the TIME SET buttons ( and ) to set the current time.

Each time the FORWARD ( ) button is pressed, the set time increases by 1 minute, and each time the BACKWARD ( ) button is pressed, the set time decreases by 1 minute. Set the timer time using the TIME SET ( and ) buttons. a) Press the OFF TIMER button ( ) during operation. Each time the FORWARD ( ) button is pressed, the set time increases by 10 minutes: each time the BACKWARD ( ) button is pressed, the set time decreases by 10 minutes.

PROGRAM TIMER

At first, the current time display on the TIME MONITOR flashes “0:00”, so set the current time correctly with the CLOCK SET button.

When the weekly timer is ON, the day of the week the timer setting is completed will light up. When all days of the week are selected to view the settings and another setting is included, will be displayed. Emergency operation is available when the remote control is missing or has failed, or when the batteries in the remote control are running low.

The indoor fan is running at high speed and the temperature control is not working. In the test run or emergency operation, the horizontal vane operates in VANE AUTO mode ( ). Emergency operation continues until the EMERGENCY OPERATION button is pressed once or twice or the unit receives a signal from the remote control.

When the system is turned off, the compressor will not restart for 3 minutes because the 3-minute time delay function kicks in to protect the compressor from overload.
