Анотація: У публікації розглядаються організаційно-методологічні питання щодо формування передумов посилення взаємодії між бізнес-одиницями щодо створення їх об’єднань, у тому числі стратегічних альянсів. Порушується питання про поступовий перехід від однієї форми організаційної взаємодії до більш комплексної, включаючи прийняття рішення про злиття, що також передбачає врахування змін у майнових процесах. Стрімкий розвиток цифрових технологій, радикальні зміни бізнес-моделей та демографічного складу персоналу в сучасних компаніях призводять до усвідомлення гострої необхідності внесення змін у систему навчання, навчання та розвитку персоналу, оскільки 92% компанії менеджери та директори з персоналу беруть до уваги згідно з дослідженням тенденцій людського капіталу, проведеним компанією Deloitte у 2019 році [1].

Followed by an analysis of the effectiveness of the UNGC principles in terms of adopting sustainable development goals and improving business competitiveness.

Studies of the impact of globalization 4.0 on the future of commercial performance are relatively few in the Georgian reality.
