The central place in the system of innovative transformations is occupied by the technical and technological field. At the same time, many scientists believe that innovation is not only a technical and technological concept, but also an economic and social one. Drucker pointed out that innovation activity not only has economic feasibility and price, but also has social value, that social innovation is a change in the usual way of thinking from the beginning of life.
Bringing dynamism to a supposedly stable economic order, increasing the level of uncertainty and risk - this is the essence of innovation activity. From this point of view, innovation is an effective combination of technology and organization with entrepreneurial ethics.

We can no longer build a fragmentary, stone by stone, systematically, because immediate information ensures the coexistence in the state of active interaction of all factors of environment and experience.
Bell made the greatest contribution to the theory of the information society in his work "The Coming Industrial Society" (1973). The core of the information society is to increase the value of the knowledge factor, science. Science in the information society is a slightly different phenomenon than it was in the industrial age.
The specificity of globalization is expressed in the fact that it, which has a generally global character, affects not only the processes that occur at the macro level, but also directly affects the daily life of people, changes their value system, thinking, behavior that is formed. in the process constant contact with representatives of different cultures, as well as under the influence of the media (the media). As a result, we observe that there is an identical transformation of family, cultural values in different regions of the world, unification of clothing styles, fashion patterns, etc.
