These decisions are published for information in advance of the publication of the Minutes
DECISIONS:
1. REFERRALS TO THE OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY COMMITTEE
The SPORTS FACILITIES INVESTMENT PLAN - Regeneration and Economy Overview and Scrutiny Committee 8 October 2014
Resolved –
(1) That the vision and progress made on the development of the new Sports Facilities Investment Plan be welcomed.
(2) That the final business case for the Sports Facilities Investment Plan be:
(i) presented to this Committee as soon as it is completed; and,
(ii) referred to all remaining Overview and Scrutiny Committees with a request that this subject matter be included into their work programmes.
(3) That concerns were expressed with the conclusions reached from the consultation and therefore the Committee requests that all future consultations to engage with the public are undertaken through Council services.
Resolved –
That the Sports Facilities Investment Plan be incorporated into the Committee’s work programme.

2. MID YEAR FINANCE AND PERFORMANCE REPORT 2014-15 Resolved -
The Committee reviewed and commented on the financial and service mid year performance in 2013/14.
