A unidade de alocação dinâmica de recursos representa a unidade que inclui as funcionalidades de scheduling associadas à camada MAC. É por conseguinte, nesta unidade que são concebidos os algoritmos de alocação de recurso abordadas no âmbito desta dissertação.
