O método simultâneo para as enzimas foi desenvolvido com sucesso, 2
otimizando tempo e trabalho. O método pode ser utilizado para screening de novos 3
possíveis inibidores. 4
Os parâmetros cinéticos foram aceitáveis. O valor da Km calculado para a 5
AChE sugere que a enzima apresentou afinidade adequada com o substrato . Para a 6
α-Gli o valor calculado da Km é próximo ao valor da literatura4 mostrando que a 7
reação ocorreu de maneira coerente. 8
A neostigmina apresentou caráter de inibidor não-competitivo e a acarbose 9
apresentou caráter de inibição competitivo. Os valores de IC50 da neostigmina frente 10
à AChE e da acarbose frente à α-Gli foram calculados, condizendo com valores da 11
literatura. 12
Os compostos fenólicos que apresentaram maior inibição na AChE foram os 13
ácidos protocatecuico e p-cumárico. E os fenólicos que apresentaram maior inibição 14
na α-Gli foram quercetina e o ácido elágico. 15
Por fim, o método desenvolvido mostrou-se adequado para a busca de novos 16
inibidores em potencial para as enzimas AChE e α-Gli, e incentiva o avanço de 17
