Os principais achados do presente estudo indicam que a intervenção com INT realizado duas vezes por semana em adolescentes praticantes de voleibol geraram um aumento nos valores da potência anaeróbia de membros inferiores, mas isso não foi diferente do grupo controle. No entanto, o GINT mostrou melhora percentual do desempenho (%) em relação ao momento Pré para os momentos 6 semanas, 12 semanas e Destreino, onde os valores não correlacionaram com o nível maturacional dos jovens praticantes de voleibol. Assim, Intervenções multifacetadas, tais como INT, podem ser um componente importante nessa faixa etária, pois a promoção da atividade física durante os anos de crescimento deve ser realizada sobre o reforço da força muscular e melhoria da competência motor e confiança na capacidade das crianças e adolescentes a se envolver em uma variedade de jogos, esportes e atividades de aptidão.

Esclarecimentos

Estamos solicitando a você a autorização para que o menor pelo qual você é responsável participe da pesquisa: “Efeito do Treinamento Neuromuscular Integrativo no Equilíbrio e na Eficiência Motora em Função do Nível Maturacional em Jovens Atletas.”, que tem como pesquisador responsável o Prof. Dr. Arnaldo Luis Mortatti.

Esta pesquisa pretende analisar o efeito do treinamento neuromuscular integrativo – INT (Um treinamento físico especifíco para a melhora da coordenação motora, força muscular e equilíbrio) na competência motora em função do nível maturacional e do tempo de treinamento em jovens atletas.

O motivo que nos leva a fazer este estudo é identificar o provável benefício desse tipo de treinamento, que visa uma melhora da atividade muscular do jovem, com o objetivo de aprimorar o condicionamento físico para o esporte praticado e para diminuir o risco de lesão esportiva.
