• Nenhum resultado encontrado

Os resultados obtidos por meio da análise estereológica dos núcleos hipotalâmicos permitiram concluir que:

a) não houve diferenças significativas nas densidades neuronais e número total de neurônios hipotalâmicos dos núcleos PA, LH, DM, VM e ARC entre os grupos Controle, Sham e tratados com os imunossupressores, Tacrolimus e Micofenolato;

b) não foram identificadas alterações morfológicas e quantitativas nos núcleos hipotalâmicos estudados;

c) as alterações encontradas no número dos corpos celulares dos neurônios hipotalâmicos não evidenciam efeitos neurotóxicos específicos dos imunossupressores TAC e MMF.
