Diante do exposto, os valores identificados nas medidas de alcance lateral para o lado direito e esquerdo em idosos sem deficit de equilíbrio postural serão adotados como medidas de referência para aplicação e delineamento nos parâmetros do VirtuAlter diante da sua aplicabilidade clínica em idosos com deficit de equilíbrio.

Considerando o consenso de opinião dos juízes especialistas na validação, observou-se que o jogo VirtuAlter corresponde a uma ferramenta tecnológica adequada para o treinamento do equilíbrio postural de idosos com boa usabilidade desse sistema. Entretanto, torna-se necessário o ajuste de alguns elementos técnicos primordiais para a execução do jogo antes da sua aplicação clínica. O uso desse jogo sério na reabilitação de idosos pode ampliar as estratégias terapêuticas e facilitar a prática clínica do fisioterapeuta, tendo em vista que o jogo constitui uma ferramenta tecnológica capaz de atender as demandas principais para o treinamento do equilíbrio postural.
