Especi

O túnel é composto por; câmara de entrada, contração, seção de testes, difusor e seção da hélice.
Sua geometria quadrada com cantos chanfrados evita a formação de vórtices secundários, a construção de cada seção através de 4 subcomponentes idênticos facilita a logística e montagem no local. Além do mais, uma câmara corretora de uxo com telas e colmeias cuidadosamente projetadas garante uma excelente qualidade do escoamento com índices de turbulência supremamente baixos. A estrutura principal é fabricada em materiais compósitos, utilizando bra de vidro e resina termo xa. Uma con guração com núcleo, tipo sanduíche, resulta numa peça com grande rigidez de forma a garantir a estabilidade estrutural. Tal construção propicia b a i x a m a n u t e n ç ã o e g r a n d e a t e n u a ç ã o d e v i b r a ç õ e s , principalmente harmônicos, os quais podem gerar interferências danosas aos experimentos.
Bocal de Entrada
A câmara de entrada logo antes da contração possui uma colmeia e duas telas. A primeira tem a função de alinhar e direcionar o escoamento, enquanto as segundas reduzem a turbulência. Ainda, logo no início dessa câmara ha uma estrutura chamada de lábio cuja função é a de facilitar a entrada do ar impedindo a formação de vórtices indesejáveis nas quinas.
Contração
Alinha e acelera o escoamento mantendo-o laminar para a seção de testes. A sua elevada razão de contração reduz as perdas de carga na câmara de entrada.
Descrição
Túnel de vento subsônico de circuito aberto, com baixo nível de turbulência e excelente estabilidade de uxo. O projeto aerodinâmico do túnel A A -T V S H 50 segue as premissas, hipóteses e conhecimentos adquiridos pela experiência na operação de túneis de vento de pesquisadores e instituições renomadas da área de experimen-tação aerodinâmica.
Desta forma, o dimensionamento de todos os seus componentes o b e d e c e a r e c o m e n d a ç õ e s e s t a b e l e c i d a s p o r e s t u d o s conceituados para atingir a máxima e ciência e reduzir o nível de turbulência na seção de testes.
Devido às dimensões generosas de sua câmara de ensaios é possível a instalação de uma variedade de acessórios como tubos pitot-estaticos, balança aerodinâmica, gerador de fumaça, modelos de arrasto, modelos de aerofólios, modelos de aeronaves, modelos de geradores eólicos, medidores de pressão entre outros, e fazer ainda medições de camada limite, forças aerodinâmicas e ensaios de campos de pressão.
As dimensões da seção de testes permitem ensaios de corpos aerodinâmicos em números de Reynolds equivalentes a muitas aplicações reais, possibilitando assim obtenção de dados experimentais consistentes com corpos em tamanho real. Placas laterais em acrilico e madeira facilmente substituiveis, facilitam a xação e visualização dos experimentos.
Adicionalmente ao túnel H50 estão disponíveis equipamentos e modelos adicionais de forma a permitir o desenvolvimento dos estudos em aerodinâmica assim como literatura técnica de o p e r a ç ã o. To d o s o s a c e s s ó r i o s e l e t r ô n i c o s p o d e m s e r monitorados simultaneamente através do sistema de controle e aquisição de dados AA-DAS.

Seção de Testes
Seção quadrada com quinas inclinadas em 45° de forma a evitar a formação de turbulência nessas regiões e uniformizar o escoamento. Confeccionada em estrutura de aço inox, soldado com processo TIG, com revestimento em chapas espessas de acrílico nas duas laterais e chapas de madeira laminada na parte inferior e superior, podendo estas ser reposicionadas caso seja solicitado. As paredes laterais possibilitam a visualização no interior da seção de testes pelos usuários, de forma que será possível ajustar o corpo a ser testado no interior do túnel e observar o comportamento do mesmo sujeito às forças aerodinâmicas. O acesso à câmara de testes é feito através de uma porta na lateral sustentada por pistões pneumáticos que mantém esta na posição aberta.
Difusor
A geometria do difusor foi projetada cuidadosamente para evitar a separação da camada limite nas paredes internas e promover a recuperação da pressão, reduzindo a carga na hélice e melhorando a e ciência do sistema.
Seção da Hélice
A seção possui pás de passo ajustável, um motor proporciona potencia à hélice para atingir a vazão de ar estipulada.
O controle da vazão e, portanto da velocidade na câmara de ensaio é feito variando a rotação do motor usando um inversor de frequência.
O conjunto é controlado por um painel de instrumentos que permite o ajuste da velocidade, a parada do motor e o monitoramento dos valores de rotação, temperatura, humidade e pressão. Inclui também a conexão USB para uso do software de controle e aquisição de dados AA-DAS (Não incluído)
