5.3.4 Intensidade sobre a capacidade de transformação digital
5.3.4.1 Limitação
Esta pesquisa não teve como um de seus objetivos medir a intensidade sobre a capacidade de realizar transformação digital, no sentido de mensurar a capacidade da organização, objeto deste estudo, em entregar iniciativas digitais, ou, ainda, qual a capacidade total de realização de TI da organização, sob uma visão segmentada de sustentação e iniciativas digitais.
5.3.4.2 Proposta de estudo futuro
Explorar a adoção de uma escala para medir a capacidade de realização de iniciativas de transformação digital. Essa iniciativa possibilitaria avaliar o comportamento da organização, objeto deste estudo, na linha do tempo, o que indicaria uma leitura de evolução ou, ainda, maturidade da organização, diante de demandas de transformação digital.
