LIMITAÇÕES DA PESQUISA E SUGESTÕES PARA FUTUROS ESTUDOS

Esta pesquisa foi realizada a partir de uma metodologia quantitativa, seguindo os preceitos da lógica objetivista. Um olhar qualitativo para a colaboração no trabalho em equipe poderá trazer novos desafios para o entendimento desse fenômeno, usando por exemplo, fundamentos subjetivistas. Estudos de casos também deverão contribuir para a identificação de novas variáveis que impactem a Qualidade do trabalho em equipe, ou ainda que moderem ou mediem sua relação com o Sucesso em PS.

Conforme observado na revisão da literatura, o processo de desenvolvimento de um software envolve a realização de uma série de etapas, cada uma composta de atividades diferentes que visam objetivos diferentes, e algumas vezes realizadas por atores diferentes. O estudo do trabalho da equipe do projeto de desenvolvimento de software decomposto nessas diferentes atividades, objetivos e atores, também poderá trazer uma compreensão mais ampla do papel da colaboração nos PS em toda a extensão dos PS.

Um outro fator limitante desta pesquisa foi o construto do sucesso em projetos, que foi estudado apenas nas dimensões de curto prazo. Estudos longitudinais, ou ainda considerando uma janela de tempo mais longa desde a finalização do projeto até a mensuração também contribuirão de maneira valorosa para relacionar o trabalho da equipe do projeto com o Sucesso em PS.

APÊNDICE A – INSTRUMENTO PARA COLETA DE DADOS

O instrumento de coleta de dados foi organizado em três partes: a Parte 1 visou a coleta de dados descritivos acerca do respondente, da equipe do projeto, do projeto e da organização. A Parte 2 e a Parte 3, respectivamente, coletaram os dados que mensuraram a Qualidade do trabalho em equipe e o Sucesso em PS. Antes, porém, de responder o questionário, o respondente foi indagado sobre a duração do projeto e o tempo passado desde a conclusão do mesmo, como condicionantes para que o questionário pudesse ser respondido:
