5.2 POSSÍVEIS ABORDAGENS FUTURAS
A metodologia proposta, apesar de concebida para o caso específico da MCG, é suportada pela revisão da literatura apresentada no Capítulo 2, podendo no futuro ser adaptada a qualquer empresa que procure implementar uma parceria com um 3PL. As adaptações podem consistir, por exemplo, na adição, subtração ou substituição de critérios do próprio modelo proposto. É também possível adaptar a metodologia proposta substituindo o método multicritério em que esta se baseia. Por exemplo, dado que o AHP considera a independência entre critérios do mesmo nível hierárquico, esta metodologia poderá ser aplicada com base no Método Analítico de Redes (Analytic Network Process – ANP) que contempla essa situação. Seria também interessante, como complemento a este trabalho, desenvolver uma metodologia de monitorização e avaliação do desempenho da parceria após a sua implementação, com base no que foi apresentado na Secção 2.2.4.
