6.2. Recomendações

Na presente revisão da literatura foi identificado apenas um instrumento específico para a avaliação da QV das pessoas com IC, o NCIQ. Como o uso deste género de questionários é bastante importante, recomenda-se que no futuro seja realizada a sua adaptação cultural e linguística e validação para a língua portuguesa. Desta forma, os estudos realizados em Portugal poderão utilizar um instrumento fiável, válido e sensível para detetar alterações na QV dos indivíduos.
